So now It seems we get no PR ranger keys for super megaforce. I kinda expected this but still sucks to hear :(

Not on the show. In toy form, however…

They can do all the toys they want. But..What sense would that make?

But from what i read we still get the ranger keys right? It's just not the PR exclusives, sure we won't get a Titanium or Spirit ranger keys but we still get the others and i'm okay with us getting ranger keys at all.

So basically Super Megaforce is just going to embody every Super Sentai elitist claim?

Practically everyone but me shat on Disney but I bet you're really missing them now, huh? Saban may have created Power Rangers but my God them getting Power Rangers back was the worst thing that could have happened.

Disney threatened to cancel Power Rangers every five minutes and their seasons still show a greater love for the franchise and its fans than anything Saban can produce.

An amount of sense probably equivalent to the PaleoMax Rangers from the Power Rangers RPM toyline.

SDCC Exclusives?

I liked Disneys PR ...a lot! Lightspeed rescue, Jungle Fury, RPM, & Dino Thunder were all fantastic! While Mystic Force and Wild Force werent...the woooorst. I honestly do wish Disney still had power rangers even if I did enjoy Samurai.

I expected this news as well but I had hoped against hope. I mean come on this is the 20th anniversary of POWER RANGERS! When are they going to do more for power rangers and stop shoveling all this sentai rehash at us! Have we not givin them enough cash? Do they want blood?

EXACTLY! Don't get me wrong I don't hate Sentai even though I haven't had a chance to see AS much as Id like BUT thats not what we are here for. Sentai gets its anniversaries we should be able to get ours

Meh, as long as we get plenty of keys for the rest of the teams, I don't much care about not getting PR exclusive keys.

Now, if I decide to wear a necklace of Ranger keys, Lightspeed Rescue just won't be the same...

I was considering the prospect of buying a Titanium Ranger Ranger Key, on account of the fact that I run a campaign to get Rhett Fisher on the show.

Now I'm gonna have to customize one myself (Which I can't do because I'm a terrible painter) or buy a custom key. :I

I love how Saban and BoA are trolling the hell out of us with this shit...

Three words: Reprolabels sticker sets. With the exception of Orange (which is AbaPinkish anyways), we should have the right colors for everyone. All we need to do is get those guys onto the idea.

I'd kill to be able to talk Reprolabels into making a Titanium ranger key set.

I have kind of given up hope in Super Megaforce. Maybe my expectations were too high. So a decent dose of pessimism might pleasantly surprise me when it comes out.

Why do i get the feeling that's what they WANT us to do? Make us depressed so we would be surprised when Super Megaforce comes out.

I had no real expectations when I started and Saban still managed to find ways to disappointment me anyway.

All I ever asked for was 1) Gokaiger suits so I had merchandise to throw money at and 2) A likable cast of rangers. I've gotten both (well, 4/5 rangers, but still). Anything else is just icing on the cake.

I will admit that I do think the complaints about the Megaforce Rangers are kind of unfair. Sure we have Gray's awful acting and Emma's blandness but everyone else is actually pretty great.

Andrew Gray grew on me to be honest.

Gray? You mean Troy? Yeah, he acts like a wall. Jake and Gia are easily already in my pool of favorite rangers though. More of them and I don't really care what old ranger shows up.

It's just more frustrating for me because Troy himself is actually a really interesting character, but between Megaforce stomping out his interesting aspects at every turn and Gray's weak acting making all the other interesting aspects come across as simply bland it all just feels like a big waste of what could have been a great Red.

Yeah the actors name is Andrew Gray, it isn't the character acting haha.

I really like Noah as well, such a badass when he morphs, even if it doesn't really make a whole lot of sense in context haha.

So in the Disney era, and pre-Disney Saban era, we had episodes that focused on the characters that really made them their own. Samurai more or less copy/pasted Shinkenger, giving no real development to the characters unless the Sentai storyline called for it. I'm sensing the same thing is going to occur with Super Megaforce. Characterization that will make little sense (because Goseiger and Gokaiger were two different casts) because it just can't translate well, and only if the Sentai footage called for it.

So disappointing to assume that, but right now, we're not being given anything that makes me think that Saban Brands and Tzachor really give two you know what's about the older fanbase. And yeah yeah yeah, kid show blah blah blah, they specifically targetted the older audience at Power Morphicon for Megaforce. Don't target us as a demographic if you're going to fail to appeal to that demographic.

ya know what, im just gonna give up, wake me up when megaforce ends and this rollercoaster that is crashin to th ground hits.....

With this news, I'll wondering if we do get Ranger Key toys if they'll in fact be one key teeth pattern per Ranger team. For example, Red, Blue, Yellow, Black and Pink MMPR all look the same except for colors, and when inserted into whatever the morpher is, it'll say just the team name.

I'm with Sentai though. I could care less. (sic)

I'm just curious what Silver Ranger's morpher is going to be like, and if they're even going to utilize "gold mode" in Super Megaforce.

They could. All of the Sentai on his Vest were used in America. Even if like Three were Tommy.

That's because the first officially recognized 6th was Dragonranger as of Gokaiger.
Meaning no pesky X1 Mask for Saban to explain away.

Explain away? It's Saban, Matrix. He'd leave it and make no mention of it what-so-ever.

I just want them to use old theme music for gokai changes.

Like when we get a MMPR focus episode.

"GO GO MEGAFORCE!" ... (turn in to Megaforce Rangers) ... "Megaforce, Super Mode!" (turn in to Gokaiger suits) ... "It's morphin time! Go Go Power Rangers!" (turn in to MMPR, original theme plays)

That's what I want the most, more than any cameo.

Yes. If they become Zeo, and I don't hear "Zeoooo go, Zeeeeeeeo." imma be pissed.
