No Power Rangers Exclusive Ranger Keys
 

While it has been confirmed that we will be getting the Ranger Keys for Super Megaforce, news from Rangercrew Member Fury Diamond just broke out; whatever Ranger keys were used during Gokaiger are the Ranger Keys that will be appearing in the show.

Sadly, this probably means that we will not be seeing original Gokai Change footage, utilizing the Titanium Ranger or SPD Orange Ranger costumes. This also means that the Spirit Rangers from Power Rangers Jungle Fury will most likely not be seen in Super Megaforce as well.

Considering we never got a few keys like Rio and Mele from Gekiranger and Deka Gold from Dekaranger I can't say I'm surprised.

Okay, Rio and Mele are one thing and I'll give you that one but Deka Gold din't even appear apart from a 10 second scene, I mean they didn't even use her in Gokaiger.:lol

Ninjaman was never used in Gokaiger as a gokaichange, so expecting a key for him is a bit absurd

Included with the Metal Heroes Ranger Keys are Kakuranger and Abaranger keys. If Rio and Mele from Gekiranger can get Ranger Keys, I think it's safe to say Ninjaman/Ninjor will get a Ranger Key as well.

And I wouldn't be surprised if the Abaranger key ends up being AbarePink.

if were using that logic then why doesnt Datas, Radiata Fanbelt & VRV Master have keys as well?

Datas is too square-shaped to be a proper Ranger Key, VRV Master was a one-shot character (then again, so was DekaSwan, and she got a Ranger Key, so I don't know), and...well, I guess the reason why Radiata Fanbelt/"White Racer" didn't get a Ranger Key was because she lacked a helmet of sorts. It sucks that we don't get them, along with DekaGold, DekaBright, and X1 Mask.

This leads me to believe what I stated earlier:

Rhett Fisher had his invitation rescinded because they probably don't have the Titanium Ranger suit (remember, Disney cleaned house when they bought the property and probably threw away the suit). Why have the actor of a suit you don't have return when you won't and can't use the suit?

Still sucks. RIP Spirit Rangers.

Well that just ruined my day... That's like one of the best suits in Rangers.

I have a question about the forum. Why can't news be merged with it's original post? I find myself posting in a thread about this, and then seeing a completely different thread for the news source and it's pretty confusing. Can't they be merged, or potential news/rumors be locked while the News one is made?

It's just so confusing.

Unfortunately, I'd have to be a moderator in order to merge threads. Something I think Kickback said he'd fix in a future upgrade.

It's just one Ranger, I don't think it's too much work to make a suit. Titanium Ranger is a fan favorite and has the distinction of being the first American-only Ranger. I don't care for a Disney vs Saban argument, but Jungle Fury gave us three exclusive suits. Is making a Titanium Ranger suit really that much of a hassle? The cost/pay-off seems to favor making the stupid thing.

And this budget constraint idea is bogus. Saban knew Gokaiger was coming up well in advance, and they should be better prepared for this by now. There really are no excuses for Megaforce/Super Megaforce being anything less than incredible, and so far the first season of the series has been average at best.

Well...This is honestly the first time I've ever been disappointing in a franchise, and I'm one of those just sucks it up, deals with it and enjoy it at the end of the day. But so far I'm not liking where Power Rangers is going anymore.

Well at least we will get a Titanium Power Rangers Action card game...Eventually.

Oh well, I'll just use them in my Gokai Forgotten character who uses all the rangers that slipped through the cracks (Titanium Ranger, SPD Gold, that demon hunter thing from Go Go V). Eventually need to draw him/her/it...

last time tfw had a reliable source (named orson) we had a real name and job title to go with it.

Hmm so no PR original keys/suits will appear in the show. well with BOA's habit of making things that never appear in the show, there is still hope for the toys. Of course BOA will probably skip original keys in favor of crappy vehicles .

I'm most impressed by how you guys can be members of like five forums at once.

i really look foward to the super megaforce line. such a great chance to put out past rangers at the 4.5 inch scale(or whatever it is) with better sculpts than what used to exist.

Yes, it's Saban sponsored. But the Power Force shouldn't be an indicator if someone is in the know or not. Linkara isn't in the know, he is just reviewing Power Rangers. The way the Power Force worked was, people who signed up and were consistant in their roles in spreading Power Ranger news, such as having a website, doing podcasts, reviews, etc. got in. That's pretty much it. If anyone did what Linkara has done, they'd get in too.

Also, HOPR is a low priority for him because it's something he does in his free time. The other work he does for TGWTG is his literal money maker and his source of income. It's what he does for a living. HOPR isn't all that much apart of that, though he does make some money from it as well.
