Well if they go with the idea of him from another time/dimension/planet, they could always have it be to where he's always kept an eye on all of the teams, and thus knows everything about them.

Or he's Billy's half-Aquitian son.

I keep imagining Megaforce Silver not being able to get hi's zord to into Megazord mode without Tommy's permission, because GoJyuRex needs MMPR Greens key.

I'm not going to judge the character until I have more info and we have a better idea on how he's going to act. It's difficult to judge how the viewing audience will react to certain characters and besides he could turn out to be a pretty cool dude.

Then again he may very well not be cool. We'll just have to wait and see.
