Power Rangers Lost Galaxy Cast Cameo Updates on Super Megaforce
 

Here's some good news.

According to our friends at RangerCrew.com, we have updates on three of the actors who were in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.

Danny Slavin who played Leo the Red Ranger in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy accepted the cameo invite to appear in Power Rangers Super Megaforce. Whether he is still attending or if he received an uninvite E-mail is unknown at the time of this news update.

Valerie Vernon who played Kendrix the Pink Ranger in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy had to turn down the cameo invite, as she's a mother and did not receive enough time in advance to plan accordingly. She states:

One month wasn’t enough time..especially when you have kids. If I was given two to three months to plan for it I could have gone. I’m so bummed! I was looking forward to seeing some of my old friends! Maybe they’ll do another one soon! I’d love to be in the next one!”

Finally, Reggie Rolle who played Damon the Green Ranger in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy also received the invite and was still considering whether or not to attend as he was given very little advance warning before filming was to begin.

Slavin is a real surprise because wasn't he a massive bitch during filming? Not sure if I'm remembering that right.

Kendrix explaining how she died would be a great in for the Psycho Rangers though I can understand her reasoning for not showing up.

Wait so Saban sent out those invitation e-mails pretty much at the last minute?

A little bit underprepared it feels like…I mean he honestly expected these actors who have lives of their own to drop everything their doing and come running to New Zealand?

I'm starting to understand a little more why there's so many rejected invitations now.

No, you're not. He was doing Power Rangers to support himself while going to law school. Acting wasn't something he planned on doing forever.

I highly doubt the Psychos will be even remembered, much let alone shown on screen.

I care. He was no Joel, and he's not my favorite, but I'd rather have a middle ground Ranger then someone who is a glory hog that everyone gets on their knees for or everyone despises. In other words I think Damon > Will any day of the damn week.

Now if it were Joel... well. Joel is awesome.

I'd love to see Damon return. The "Who cares" mentality implies that certain characters aren't important. And that's entirely wrong.

That was him during the lsr crossover, though I can't remember exactly why. But It wasn't because he was whiny

As I remember it, he and the producers had a pretty massive falling-out, which is what led to his voice being dubbed over in parts of the LG/LR crossover and almost kept him from coming back for Forever Red.

There was apparently a lot of rocky stuff going on in the production department back then, though, if you look at stuff like Cassie getting dropped at the last second as Kendrix's replacement or the whole Trakeena thing from the Lightspeed Rescue episodes.

So the Red Galaxy ranger's coming back? Sweet, he's one of my favorites.

I loved Lost Galaxy. Leo rocked. Both pink Rangers were very hot. Green Ranger was cool.

Eh. LG wasnt really my favorite series, but it wasnt the worst, im just someone might be comin back

It wasn't Forever Red he had an issue with, it was the Lightspeed Rescue/Lost Galaxy crossover ep that he did. He did Forever Red as a favor to Amit I think, but I could be wrong on that part, I know he did do FR as a favor though.

Keep in mind that we don't know 100% if Danny is going - only that he accepted the invite. Rhett Fisher accepted and got uninvited. We'll keep you in the loop.

no maya doesnt need to come. she did little on the show and the fact shes done some nudity goes against power rangers family fun atmosphere. kai basically did even less.

Amy Jo Johnson's done some nudity and Erin Cahill did an FHM shoot. Should neither of them come back on those grounds either?

It's good that at least someone is accepting, although I totally do not blame everyone who has rejected. Saban played almost all of their cards wrong for this season. The most positive I can be about this is hoping that all of the budget savings in the invitation department are going to other parts of the show.

Somewhat yes, as I know he had issues during the team-up with Lightspeed Rescue, and then again with Forever Red.

Glad to see he's coming back though. Hopefully his invite wasn't rescinded.
