Next Year, Kamen Rider Gaimu!
 

After intense speculation and rumors, the 15th entry in the Hesei-era Kamen Rider franchise has apparently been confirmed!

An Official Trademark for the name "Kamen Rider Gaimu" has been filed by Toei.

At the moment details are not confirmed but the name has been speculated as meaning "armored warrior." Stay tuned to this page for further details!

Was wondering when we started hearing info about the next series.

An Armored Warrior.. I'm seeing G3. I like this, I like this very much. I'm also seeing a Knight Rider (Ha, Pun), and a Samurai Rider.

"Armored Warrior" sounds a lot better than "Foreign Affairs". Not sure what else there is to speculate right now.

Gaimu, huh? Well, it's better than "Break" if only because it's not immediately stupid-sounding.

Armoured Warrior sounds cool because it's not calling out an explicit gimmick and instead just identifying the basics of a rider.

Yes! And the Secondary Rider can be a rotating cast of women. Since the life expectacy of a woman in James Bond films is around three minutes of screen time, and the life expectacy of female Riders is around seven. We'd need a new one every five minutes.

The romanized version of the name, Gaimu, looks like 'Game' to me. Maybe he's video-game themed.

I found the 2chan thread about this(http://cgi.2chan.net/g/res/894436.htm), looked at the post mentioning the copyright notice and copy-pasted the kanji of the name (ガイム) into google and got lots of results of armored robots(mostly gundam) and a chain of gyms. Also a Dutch physicist.

So he's a robot physicist that uses a 3DS touch pad on his belt to henshin.

Oh, how I would support that!

I think Gaimu sounds much like Game?

I'm pretty sure it'd be pronounced "guy-moo". It would probably be romanized as "geimu" if it were supposed to mean "game".

I'm totally down for that.

Interesting, but the name doesn't mean all that much to me without knowing more about him.

To me it is like swapping armor parts and change battle style.
Of course Gaimu itself could be a guy's name. Pretty chuunibyou-ish name.

EDIT:
Another rumor from 2ch saying there is an unknown Rider wielding a green and black katana, while staff has a white katana in hand during the filming of Wizard's summer movie.
Coloring of the katana(s) are using W and Fourze's color scheme, suggesting this new Rider has the ability to make katana out of other Rider's power.
Gaimu will start in October. W, OOO, and Fourze will show up one at a time near the end of Wizard for a month before the launch of Gaimu.
It will be something that will work like Decade. This might be what Morimoto Ryouji twitted about earlier, about something that may drive Rider fans nuts.
Decade may show up as well.

Gaimu..鎧武 (Armored Musha).. I think it will be kind of samurai version of Kamen rider or something.
maybe VS Samurai sentai shinkenger will be fun, but we know that's not gonna happen.

If that Kamen rider is really "Samurai Concept", It can't not be release on South Korea anyway.

IF it is a anniversary show, I hope to GOD it turns out better than Decade. Oh, and this is my personal bias, but I hope Naruhisa Arakawa is the main writer on the show, because to me; there is no better way to commemorate an anniversary of the Heisei series than by getting the main writer of the first Heisei Rider show (Kuuga) to write it.

I keep trying to say Gaimu, and I keep hearing Yamu. So in my mind that can only mean one thing.

Interesting, but I don't see it happening. I'd be totally down for it, though. A couple extra months of Haruto plus guest Riders? That would be awesome.

I hope this every year. Arakawa is my favorite tokusatsu writer. It could happen, too. Akibaranger will be fully wrapped by August (or possibly October).

Kuuga's cause and effect, villains who prove they are a threat with absolute carnage and way of creating a convincing world filled with real people would be a great addition to any series, the dour and depressing side of the show needs to go away though..
