Hard to Find Power Rangers Megaforce Toys at CVS Drug Stores
 

One of the pains of toy collecting is when the toy company releases multiple case packs with harder to find figures more prevalent in a second or third revision that never seems to make it to the big brick and mortor chain stores. This is the case when it comes to the Power Rangers Megaforce figures Loogie and Vrak. Online toy stores received these figures, but your stores like Wal-Mart, Target, etc., maybe got one case and never again.

But because the world works in strange ways, TokuNation.com member raz dropped by to let us know that he found both Loogie and Vrak at a local CVS Drugstore.

I found a Loogie at CVS too and I have to say he is my favorite megaforce action figure I have, now I just need Vrak Robo Knight and like 10 more Loogies

Found another vrak in raleigh.

I probably have a better chance winning the lottery than finding a Vrak.

Well, damn, I won the lotto twice then.

Just to put things in perspective, a lot of CVS locations don't carry those that do, and those that do often don't carry much, and those that don't carry much only get maybe 2 figures of a kind in at a time, so I'd think twice before racing out and expecting to find anything in your local CVS. If you do find something, yes, you can consider yourself lucky.

What were they selling them for, by the way?

Yes this is the sad part not ALL CVS carrys toys and if they do its one or 2 figures like how rite aid sells em not many at a time so dont rush without thinking.recently checked 3 NYC CVS's and one near my area they dont carry toys at all

I'd take this luck over scouring every website, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, TRU and Target hoping they put that case out. I've gone to over 15 CVS stores in the last 2 days. This is mostly because in Raleigh, we have MANY shopping centers within driving distance and TONS of Targets, Wal-Marts, drug stores, etc to choose from. I've only gone north of my house and west, within a 10 mile distance each way and found that many stores.

I have another day off tomorrow, and I'll be checking a bunch to the east. Yes, there's gas involved but with the amount in a proximity that I have, it is a MUCH better and cheaper alternative to $40 on Toywiz.

From my experience, every single one I've been to carries toys. That's in Raleigh. Half of them have Megaforce figures and half of them don't. Only 2 of the stores I've been to had one Vrak or a Vrak/Loogie.

Here are the results of my searches so far. Several Vraks, but i have upped my Loogie army from 3 to..

I called all three surrounding CVS Drug Stores within 15mins and not one even was carrying any Power Rangers items. Shame. :(
I'm looking for Vrak and Loogie figures. Not going give into $20 price tag they're selling for online.

Neither Toys R US or Walmart had Vrak or Loogie. - Update: Walmart doens't have Robo Knight either
Went to Target yesterday and they had barley any Power Ranger/Megaforce items.

Kroger or Big Lots doesn't have any Megaforce - No Loogie, Vrak or Robo Knight. :(
That is all stores in my area - no one has them. Upsetting.

The CVS by my house has the Pink Ranger and that's it...
