Definitely one of the best episodes yet.

Hopefully next week they introduce Kaoru. Sad Master is down though, he made an excellent entrance.

I was surprised how badly (and quickly) Master Xandred put an @$$ whoopin on Jayden.....I mean despite what his secret is he should be strong enough to last a bit longer against the evil he's supposed to seal away......

I've been reading that apparently new episodes are going on hiatus next week :( is anyone in the US able to verify?

...there's a reason why Doukoku (Xandred) would need The Seal to be defeated, because of how powerful he was. Plus, Jayden (like Takeru) wasn't the true heir of the Shiba clan, and Takeru didn't even know what the Seal was in the first place.

I think you gave Jayden too much credit considering his real identity.

I'm aware of Jayden's secret, but I just think him just getting pimp-smacked like that is a bit odd. I'm sure the other Rangers are wondering why he's become such a b***H these days. I mean, he can't even beat Deker alone anymore.......

Less to do with Jayden, and more to do with Rick's ever-present Awesome.

Great episode, kind of sad that it's on hiatus now. Was hoping to get the REAL story going but noooo, have to sit it out a few months.

I guess I meant secret more in terms of why he's suddendly weaker and if he isn't a true heir how can he use symbol power to begin with? figured there was more to itthan what was blacked out before

Yes but did you ever see Jayden practicing the symbol power? Pretty sure they talked about it, the bad guys talked about it, but he never actually did anything with it. He was always more interested in having more power to stop the Nighlocks than actually doing anything like sealing away Master Xandred.

And I think Samurai is on their "summer hiatus" set to return in August or September ... we only have like 6 episodes left plus 2 more specials (probably another Halloween and another Christmas).

Yeah I think the implication is that he doesn't know the sealing power. He needs to keep a front up to the other rangers but in reality he's little more than a body double to the real red ranger, who'll show up when she has mastered the sealing power.

Is it really going to be few months now before we finally finish this train wreck that is samurai. I just want to get it over with and move on to the 20th season.
