Yoko goes undercover, what will be in store for her? Discuss!

Just watched the episode. Interesting. It definitely made Yokos' actress seem more attractive though I don't hate her as much as most people. Story wise, Enter needing the crystal earings for Megazord camera lenses was interesting. Even though he only got one of the two he needed it was still yet another victory for him. Definitely the most competent villain aside from Basco that I've seen in years.

This might be the weakest episode of Gobusters so far, but still enjoyable. It's the cliche "They look the same" episode. It's up there with the body switch episode as two of the most boring things a show can do.

The highlight of this episode is the "which one do I shoot?" moment. I normally hate these scenes along with the other 2 I mentioned above, but this was with Megazords. I can't think of a time they had that happen. Yeah, they've had the Megazord be copied, but no one else ever joins the fight to ask who's the real one. The completely illogical of solving the problem was good to.

The other part I really liked was something unintentionally funny. The English e-mail that's poorly written. It starts okay, but deforms into very ackward phrases quickly. My favorite is the paragraph above the URL. Wonder if that link works.

The whole split screen between Angie and Yoko was too distracting for me, didn't do much for me :(

Decent episode, not the best but it had it's moments. Yoko's method of identifying the fake was pretty cool and fitting for her character and relationship with Hiromu. i figured the megazord was going to take so long so that Enter could send the earring through and have the copy megazord make large scale copies of it in cyber space... that little piece, heck even if he got both, surely isn't enough to make a giant lens for a megazord camera or whatever.

I know logic and Sentai don't often go together, but go-buster has been pretty good with it so far. And if that wasn't his plan, why make a metaroid so early? i guess he could just make a copyroid again... but still =p

I like this episode for several reasons: One, we finally get to see the Go-busters going undercover using disguises, and in Yoko's case, impersonating someone who looks like her (even if it is cliche and has been done before); Two, Enter won the day again by getting one of the two earrings, and his goal of constructing CB-04 is getting closer; Three, we get to see Yoko kicking butt looking just like Chun-Li! I think this episode is also a little less serious than previous ones and props to Yoko's actress for playing a character that is vastly different than her Go-buster role.

Awful awful episode. If Enter doesn't do something fast I am dropping out of this series for a few months. I mean, the show is not bad enough to just completely stop watching, but it is getting to the point that I am going to do with what I did with Shinkenger and let it build up about 2-3 months worth of episodes, and then play catch up, and then wait again.

I fell asleep halfway through the episode and had to rewatch the last ten minutes or so. Part of that was my fault for watching it late at night in bed, but the show's slow pace is really starting to wear on me. It was a nice change of pace from Gokaiger at first, but the show is getting kind of boring. It's not bad, but I want to see more variations than "monster attacks, team deploys, team scores partial victory." Seeing the Busters on some downtime for once would be a good place to start.

Dr Kain, I'm confused, what exactly do you mean by "do something"? Since the beginning of the series Enter has met the Go-Busters face-to-face numerous times, fought them, manipulated them & has never really lost. Every episode he gains something over the Go-Busters, be it plans for a new Megazord, access into their base of operations, or information about the Go-Busters weaknesses.

What, are you expecting him to jump in the air with twin handguns blazing all John Woo style or something?

When I say do something, I mean do something. Like hurry up with the Megazord creation already. Completely fight the rangers himself. SOMETHING!!! It has been over a month now since Enter got the plans to the Megazord and he has yet to build it, which is getting boring. This is not a show that is paced well for once a week, this is a show that needs to have several episodes watched in one sitting.

In case you haven't noticed, they not only need the plan but also the materials to build it. That's why Enter has been stealing resources like that Delta 39 to work toward its construction. And what's wrong with a buildup for a Megazord that is based off a mech that seems to be the equal of BC-01 Ace? If there's no buildup, then it'd be treated like it's just another Megazord to be defeated by GoBusterOh. And Enter has not only been taking those resources, but also did it by outsmarting the Go-busters and increase his reputation as one of the more competent sentai villain in recent memories, along with Basco. I don't see how that is a bad thing, particularly coming in the heels of those hapless Zangyack Empire.

To be fair, I know what Dr Kain means, it's dragged out REALLY long, compared to fast paced and flashy Gokaiger, which we just came off of, the pacing is really slow and repetitive. Every victory that the Go-Busters had was hollow, makes audiences like me wonder when will the tides turn?

I don't see how their victories were hollow. Take that episode where Enter stole the Delta 39 materials, for instance. Yes, they may have lost the materials, but they managed to save all the hostages, esp. that little boy, without incident. Go-busters get to save civilians and protect the city from Megazords, and defend the Enetron in the process. Enter has come off as extremely competent for a sentai villain, which usually ranged from weaklings to baffons (like Warz Gil), and it is refreshing to see they actually managed to make Enter into a respectible villain. However, I don't see how his victories undermine Go-busters, and so far I think both sides have won against each other. And we won't know what Enter has really accomplished until that Megazord premieres, either.

Compared to Gokaiger? How about DaiRanger, KakuRanger, GekiRanger, GoGoV, TimeRanger, and AbaRanger? This feels more like a series out of the 80s where they just keep dragging things out. Like I said before, Gobusters is not a terrible show, but it is too slow at being shown once a week.

Perfect example. Have you ever seen the anime WOlf's Rain? If you watch the show with one episode a week, it is boring as freaking hell. Nothing seems to happen in any of the episodes. However, when you watch the show in two days, the show moves so quickly that it is over before you realize it.

This is what Gobusters is. I'm going to see what the BeetBuster episode is like and then I think I am going to hold off for sevearl weeks.

The other problem though is that we need a new cast member to spice things up. It is getting boring seeing just the rangers. The commander dude always seems to be half asleep or bored to death. The girl with the glasses seems to only be there to point out the obvious, and the other dude is only there to monitor the battle. Outside of one scene, they have done nothing to interact with the cast other than tell them the situation.

Oh, and yes, Enter is awesome. He is on the same level as Rio, Basco, Jin, and AbareKiller.

Honestly I still don't see everyones' fascination with glasses girl.

yea idk if its jsut the awesomeness of Akibaranger but ive lost complete interest in Gobusters, the show is just dragging on at this point. might pick it back up once the new Megazord is created or the next 2 Busters make there appearance, or ya know something of worth actually happens

It is hollow because after every fight with Enter, the Go-Busters are more or less like "Damn! Enter got what he wanted again, but hey, we saved people" It was never an out and out victory, this sets up Enter as a very competent villain yes, but also makes the hero look incompetent. A lot of the fight against the metaroids drag on too long, they could use Special Buster as a long range finisher, but most of the time they opt for the Shougan Blade for a lot of unnecessary hacking and slashing.
