S.H.Figuarts Armored Tyrano Ranger Announced!
 

Bluefin Via facebook has just announced that an S.H.Figuarts Armored Tyrano Ranger will be released!



No pricing as of this posting, however we do know that the figure is due out in Japan as a Tamashii Web Exclusive in November 2013.

We'll probably be getting an early run of this figure at SDCC.

I expect to see Armed Black ranger. The combination of Black & Gold coloring is way too awesome.

It'll probably be the same as all the others since Bluefin will be releasing it also. So if you have Prime, I say go the Amazon route. If not, I recommend Anime Island. They usually have the best pricing for most things out of all the US based stores. Pre-orders will probably be up in a week or two. If you're not keen on paying upfront, then I'd say BBTS or Amazon.

I'd recommend your favorite Tamashii Web Exclusive middleman if you're looking to get it sooner. Otherwise Amazon is always a safe bet for Bluefin releases.

I'm unsure if I'll get him. Geki only wore that armour twice and Marvelous only wore it once as well (although that was pretty cool).

I do want a full set of Zyurangers, but Geki with the Dragon Shield isn't top priority and isn't as awesome as the similarly released Hyper Shinken Red for Red Power-ups. It'll go down as a maybe.

I think leaving out the Ranger Gun in Sword and Gun Mode is a bit stingy too. I know Geki never used them while wearing the armour, but its still a bit stingy.

I think the chances a Power Rangers exclusive Figuart are pretty low, if not non-existant.

Eh, awesome I guess. Never really saw the big thing about the armoured Tyrannoranger though.

May get it one day, but it's certainly no priority.

If they can exclusively redo the Shinkengers with fancy paint jobs, I don't think it's too much of a stretch to think that one day that could just shove the shield on Mammothranger.

A whole new figure? They couldn't have made a shield and arm bands that come with Dragon that would fit Red Tyrano?

i get the feeling bluefin will be releasing this figure but would rather just get the 6 rangers team before this though

This is the only unneccisary mighty morphin figuart to my collection. It's still cool to see none the less.

I hope so. I can't afford the Shinkeger set. If this is also an SDCC exclusive I really hope that I can snag me one.

Those would probably look amazing as SICs or something similar. But sadly they'll almost certainly never happen :(

Very excited to see this and get it, but like some others here, I will wait for the Japanese release - more authentic and helps ease the burden on the wallet during Con time.

More authentic? How? There's no Akibaranger tie-in or accessory only included with the Japanese version that we know of, so the figure should be entirely identical aside from the box. If you're referring to the box, I certainly don't share the interest in worrying about boxes I don't ever display matching, but I guess that I could understand.

As for "easing wallet burden", this figure is not an SDCC exclusive. It's shipping from Tamashii Web in November, so Bluefin isn't somehow getting stock of it in a month. However it's being released by Bluefin, we still have no price from either Tamashii Web or Bluefin. Kibaranger isn't more affordable from any middleman service that I'm aware of than it costs to simply grab the White Ranger off Amazon - the people who are doing that are paying more because they want the Akibaranger chest medal.
