Hot on the heels of Tokunations DX Engine-Oh Gallery we bring you the second in our Power Rangers RPM tribute series! The DX Gunbir-Oh is yet another fun and wacky robo from Engine Sentai Go-Onger! And yet again we have 3 Engines making up this bulky bot; Birca, Gunpherd, and Carrygator! You may know this robo by it's RPM counterpart, the Valvemax Megazord.

Birca and Gunpherd, personal machines for Go-On Green & Black, feature combinations with Engine-Oh (and other mecha from this line) becoming interchangeable arms. The combos seen here are named Engine-Oh Birca & Engine-Oh Gunpherd. When you toss the massive Carrygator in the mix you can form Gunbir-Oh, but this also allows the 6 engines to combine into the mighty Engine-Oh G6! Carrygator, and the later appearing Jumbwhale, are unique in that their Engine Souls are shared by 2 Go-Ongers and they form the bulk of a robo.

Just out of curiosity, why exactly is the banner still Light Speed Rescue?

It just hasn't been updated yet. As soon as Tony Bacala has a chance to switch it out for the new one that Sentai Tamashii made he will. No worries :thumb:

Awesome gallery. I've always wanted a Gunbir-Oh... just have had really bad luck with the damn thing. I either can't afford it when I find one or can't find one when I can afford it.

Oh well, I'll just blame Decade. Everyone does.

I like Birca/the Tail Spinner. There's just something I like about three wheeled vehicles not being exclusive to young children. Now if only I could get light up sneakers in a size 12 I'd be set!

Wow, I have to say, this is probably my favorite of the GoOn mecha, I mean Hanto/Ziggy and Gunpei/Dillions zords with an ORANGE alligator? HELL YES! :lol

I suppose you could always blame me. I had 2 at one time and sold my extra last year :o
Yup, good old ST puts these banners together for us each month. He has a good one ready for this month as well.

I love this set myself. It may not be the most proportionally pleasing robo to look at but it's fun and bulky. Carrygator is the best part of it and I feel these 3 have slightly more personality than Speedor, Buson, and BeaRV.

Nope, can't blame a friend for something like that... wait, are you even on my friends list? Oh my god you aren't!... I'll be right back.

Gunbir-Oh is in the running for my favorite robo from Go-Onger, along side... the rest of them.

so not trying to be a dick but its probably gonna seem like it but are we actually getting all the rpm rangers on this months banner or a partial team again?

All the RPM/Go-onger mechs appeal to me in a way that I can't place. This thing... SHOULD be dumb to me. I don't know if it's just my love of RPM, but I just like these things. Even the giant-footed combination. Just the colour layout, chunky but sleekness, and just teh idea of a crocodile mixed with a truck is cool.

I would love to own these. Or at least the candy toys.

We fit as many members as we can into the banner image. It's not appropriately sized to always fit an entire team across. As soon as the image is ready Tony Baccala will post it up for us. He's the only one with access to the basic site infrastructure like that.
If you want to get the DX's I highly recommend the BOJ releases. The Go-Onger mecha are very big very chunky and very fun. The BOA releases scale things back by quite a bit making the individual and combined modes a bit smaller, forgoing the full Engine Soul gimmick as well.

Yeah, I'd get the BOJ ones. They're expensive, and I don't need something else to collect. But they're nice.

I'd really love to get the candy toy models since I here they're more posable? Maybe someone should do a gallery of them!

If you can find them, definitely pick up the candy toys. The poseability is great.

I actually did a comprehensive set of pics for a review but never used them... Maybe one day I'll go back and use them.
