S.H. Figuarts Red Buster and Bouken Red images
 

Bandai's Tamashii website has posted a teaser image for its September lineup, and alongside the previously revealed S.H. Figuarts Bouken Red of GoGo Sentai Boukenger is the long awaited Red Buster of Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters!

They look neat. but this line up gets me worried the tradeof for more Super sentai people shf is less rider shf. but i dont know the future so i should just "hush".

Bouken red looks good, i like his claw stick

Red buster looks at least as good, Im intrested in how they do his shoulders. his pants looks really cool. and also i wonder if his visor will be "shinny" as in the show or so. also kinda gummy looking binocular blade there, but its ok, they sometimes look better in hand so ill just wait with seying something about that.

Gokai Red came out September last year, so the timing for this is just about right.

Really looking forward to these two, after to having to hold off for the time being on Deka Red and Red Hawk due to other orders it'll be nice to have some secure preorders again (hopefully XD)

Can't wait for Bouken Red. I'll be picking up Red Buster as well but Bouken Red is what I'm really looking forward to in the coming months.

I will definitely be buying Bouken Red -- my first Super Sentai Figuart. He just looks really sharp and his Boukenbo looks great from that picture. I wonder if he will come with the Acceltector vest and the Dual Crusher, perhaps?

Meh. But that meh has less to do with the figures, and more to do with my lack of interest in Operation Overdrive.

I'm starting to get sick of nothing but Reds at retail. Hope Blue Buster at least gets a retail release.

PS Glad the Busters get the Gokaiger bicep swivels and not the Shinkenger bicep swivels like Dekaranger got.

Yes! I was waiting for the Red Buster Figuart and it is finally coming. I've been thinking about collecting a full team of sentai and I'm thinking about making Go-busters to be that team. I wonder if they will allow him to replace his helmet with a face, since the Busters really do remove their helmets very frequently. Bouken Red looks nice too, but I'm not interested in buying him.

"which other Go-Busters will be regular release & which ones will be exclusive???"

Part of me thinks Blue and Yellow will both be mass release because;

a) There's only 3 main Go-Busters, as opposed to five or six

and

b) The Tamashii webstore is potentially going to be clogged with Boukenger and Dekaranger figuarts for the coming months, since full teams (sans Deka Break) have been on display for both.

This is INCREDIBLY wishful thinking from me though.

There is no comparison. That's how much better Boukenger was. They aren't even on the same level as one another.

Then yes, I will watch Boukenger.

I'm happy we are getting Reds at retail, cause when you are trying to collect every red, it is a God Send that you won't have to pay even more for them if they were to become a tamashii web exclsuvie :lol

i am really glad bandai is doing the smart thing and not focusing on one team at a time, and instead getting the Red out as soon as possible and then going and releasing the rest of the teams

Personally I'm not entirely convinced by this yet. I think it depends how releases go after Bouken Red, because right now the three past Reds have mainly been released to tie in with Akibaranger.

edit: Den-O put it perfectly, be wanred by what yuo hear though, alot of people hate Boukenger, make sure you judge for yourself on it. I for one loved the series when I watched it

Thing with Akibaranger though is that they can make another miniseries to promote more figures next year/later this year =p I could totally see them bringing it back and adding another team member and having a fresh set of cameos =]

Providing Akibaranger stuff sells well of course.

If Akibaranger were to come back, I could definitely see this happening. The question is how releases will play out while it isn't on air.

I figure , scratch that, hope they'll stop and crank out a few of the older riders instead of sentai figures. If not they have the two versions of the Dekarangers, the Boukenger team and possibly the Jetman team to get through whilst it's off air =]

It truly is a great series. Fantastic suit designs, a believable premise (as treasure hunters/protectors), a great standard mecha, easily the best ultimate combined mode mech (in my opnion), and an awesome supporting cast. You really can't beat the 3 loosely knit groups of villains. It really helps the pace of the show to see a new bad guy from each group every few episodes.

I have a bad feeling that the powered-up version will be a web exclusive--either an accessory kit or as an entire "Acceltector BoukenRed" figure.

Chief is a pre-order for me without a doubt. He's one of my all time favorite characters, and I have a soft spot for Boukenger since it was my first Super Sentai. I will "Attack!" those pre-orders :lol.

Also probably going to pre-order Hiromu.

You are probably right, but hey, hoping doesn't cost a thing. ;)

Can't wait to have him fighting my vintage Stag Beetle, Eye Guy, and Dramole toys. ;) Or perhaps he'd fit better scale-wise with my 8" Soccadillo.

I was actually wondering the opposite, that is, "Why haven't we gotten any news on the Figuart yet?" Good to see it previewed!
