Engine Gattai! The ancient engines have arrived! Kishamoth, T-line, K-line can combine to form the mighty Kyoretsu Oh! As seen in Engine Sentai Go Onger. The kits can combine with all the previous Engine kits to form the G12. One very large mini pla figure.

These kits did not come in a special set. They're just the regular release, which means no super awesome labels.

The candy toy looks less like a clusterf*ck than the DX does.

How tall is the Candy Toy RPM Ultrazord?

Its around 9 1/2 inches tall. That's pretty big for mini pla.

It also has more plastic than a modern TF Deluxe :lol

The whole Goonger Minipa line is win. Well thats coming from someone who owns like every combining version of Engineoh G12 so take that as you will :p.

Also want. I just wish these weren't so expensive, they're so cool and well-made.

At that height with that build it has more plastic than any Deluxe Transformer.

The Go Onger sets are my favorite candy kits. They look great, and dont sacrifice too much for their size and poses ability. The engine souls arent really missed either.

The Souls weren't much of a gimmick to start with :lol

Which is why when they were gutted for RPM, both in the toys and show, nothing of value was lost. :D

Absolutely love this guy. I wish K-Line wasn't moulded in white plastic but its a small price to pay for chunky dinosaur train goodness.

I actually almost like the colouration more, as it makes a more cohesive robot.

That many stickers aren't much fun to deal with though.

I miss the days when toys came with sticker sheets.

I don't.

Stickers are paper and glue. Glue can lose adhesion, paper can rip, tear and scratch easily. Applying them is hit or miss, and they're often cheaply made.

Unless you're applying them to unpaintable plastics, there's literally no positive to stickers over paint. With model kits it's okay because you're expected to paint and the stickers are just there to keep the model complete if you can't, but on regular toys? No. Just paint for me.

Stickers are the reason I haven't opened any of my Mini-Pla yet.

I can't paint for crap, but the idea of hundreds of little stickers is enough to give me nightmares. I musn't be the only one who finds putting stickers on toys to be a stressful experience and even slightly uneven stickers catch my eye every time I look at the toy and drive me nuts. But I love the way Mini-Pla look, so I still buy them! I'm crazy.

I do agree. Some of the stickers that rap around uneven surfaces are really bad (like on animal heads). So I'm not putting any stickers on my Kyoryuger kits (man does Pteradenoh look boring like that...

The labels are the main reason I love mini pla so much. I love putting on labels and the special Go Onger labels were just silly and awesome! I wish the Kyorestu Oh came in a special set with matching labels.

Oh yeh really annoying that only 3/4 of the mech has shiny stickers. Same problem with Samurai Haoh (did Daikaioh come in shiny stickers?)

I don't think the daukaioh did. I know there is a shinken oh that came with matte labels insted of shiny ones.

I have 3 questions:

Where would one buy this?
How much would it cost?
How much would the full Ultrazord set cost?

Sorry if these are obvious questions, I'm just curious if this is a cheaper alterative to the is DX version.

You can find these guys on yahoo japan (or maybe mandarake). Full set seems to float about 14000yen to 15000yen mark.

The problem with older Mini pla/Candy toy is that the prices skyrocket after a few years. The only time they are really cheap is when they are released during the current sentai show, or if they get a re-issue in China.

Unless its Goseiger, there is no 'if' they reissue. Gokaiger's the current series being reissued. Both the DX and minipla are mostly reissued. The exceptions are mostly the Movie only stuff or stupidly big toys (Engine Daishogun and Mogyudaioh were not reissued in the DX line and Engine Daishogun didnt get reissued in the minipla line).
