Go-Onger DX Engine Dai Shogun Gallery!
 

It's the end of the month and with it comes the end of Tokunation's tribute to Power Rangers RPM! Today's gallery is of the DX Engine Dai Shogun from Engine Sentai Go-Onger!

The Dai Shogun first appeared in Engine Sentai Go-Onger Boom Boom! Bang Bang! The Movie and later appeared in 2 episodes of the series proper. The DX is an exclusive to the Go-Onger line, no US equivalent was ever released outside of a microzord nor was it featured in RPM. The Wandering Engines that make up this beautiful piece are remold/repaints of the standard Engine-Oh. Thus allowing them to perform any and all combinations with the other DX Engines!

Awesome set. Wish it was actually in RPM. Would have been cool to see in the Samurai team up, though considering that that already smashed the two Shinkenger movies together, that would have been stupidly difficult.

One of the mechs was even partnered with Faiz('s actor).

This needed released in America damnit.

Actually the human form of Tsukinowa is also Umeka from Dekaranger :lol

Love how they remolded this guy and the colours are fab. Nice send off set. Whats next?

I have the RPM minizord version of this and while I love it, it simply isn't enough. I need to track down the minipla or even DX at some point.

Its currently at mandarake for 12000Y :lol I forgot the link but it should be there.

With how awful the RPM zords were distributed, I am kind of glad this one didn't get released. I could never find the Paleomax Megazord with how awful the distribution was. Though the Megazord looks amazing and is one of my favorite designs of a basically repainted zord.

This guy is way expensive! Really nice look though, and I would definitely want one on my shelf if he was affordable.

I scored my Shogun for 10000 yen 2 years ago and even back then that was cheap for it :lol They go for a bit more now.

Theres two on yahoo auctions right now at about 1000yen each. One ends in two days the other in 4.

Yahoo Auctions Japan is the way to go. I got mine (loose, but complete w/ instructions) for $60-70 after considering shipping and middleman fees. Also didn't help that it was in the largest package I've ever shipped EMS, which drove the price up.
