Has anyone confirmed if Yayoi is staying or not???

Watched the RAW, and it seems that like Ramirez and Tessai, she and Doctor Ulshade will just be recurring characters -___-

i disagree, i mean yeah she'll probably not be in some of the episodes but she's not going to treated like the spirit rangers because she's not a spirit, she's alive and the 7th kyoryuger full time or not so they have to give her a role where she can help somehow, i think her role will be more like kibaranger and kingranger when they show up, when they need be, i think after the new villian shows up, she'll play more of an active role or she'll might be in all the episodes morphed or unmorphed.

What I meant is that she probably won't be appearing with the group all the time. Given that the next episode doesn't show her at all, it's most likely that she'll appear every so often. It's been shown before that they don't actually need her for Bakuretsu Kyoryuzin (granted her "Brave" did help reactivate Plezuon when the formation was first formed) and seeing how Daigo has his own copy of the Plezuon Zyudenchi, she won't be needed for mecha fights. At best, I'd say she'd appear only during a Plezuon summoning scene/if they ever revisit the Plezuon Lab, when Bragigas and KyoryuSilver are revealed, and during the final battle.

Slide those around and you've practically got a gradient.

I hope Yayoi will come back soon, and from the way she fought I'm not sure she really needs alot of training.

Good episode, I really enjoyed Yayoi deciding for herself to be KyoryuViolet, rather then for Daigo or her Grandfather and the fight scene was fantastic. Also good to see Amy get some focus for a change. A little disappointed that she left at the end, though...

But oh man! I really hope Aigaron doesn't stay dead! If so, that's just the worst death ever!

Wow, KR and Sentai this week were pretty poor.
Yayoi's revelation of why she wants to be a Kyoryuger would have been better if she could give an emotional speech worth a damn. Instead, it sounded like she was just rambling on.
Daigo still has a Plesuon Battery, so she's not even needed. Awesome. :I
Why does Daigo get every flipping zord? He can form 2 entire Megazords on his own. It's ridiculous.

she was in the cockpit twice for bakuretsu kyoryujin in both episodes, where are getting that she wasnt needed for bakuretsu kyoryujin? because in the next episode that formation isnt going to be used, so she's not there, i think that formation will be used when she comes back and probably for ultimate combo with silvers mecha. it's like in dairanger when kibaranger wasnt used much until he was needed for the combo or ultimate combo, that's what i believe yayoi will be most useful

The writers continue to have a hard on for Daigo, what's why. :/

Good episode. Sorry to see Yayoi going away. At least she's over her fixation on Daigo and Amy is once again the focus of the episode.

Much better episode this week, but was still riddled with problems :(

Why does Yayoi need to go train? That fight suggested she was a better fighter than the lot of them.

I have to echo Matrix's statements about Daigo and Plezuon too. It should have been her calling on him and instead we get a few minutes of Daigo trying to play hero on his own again. Because god forbid Super Sentai be about teamwork.

The whole Aigaron thing was very random as well. I doubt he's gone for good, and I liked seeing a Deboss act with a different emotion, but that explosion really came out of nowhere.

Also, I let out a HUGE sigh at the "I won't lose to you Amy line". Seriously, let the crush thing go please so something DOESN'T focus around Daigo for once.

It'll get worse once he gets bragigas.
Plezuon has 2 living partners, yet Daigo gets to ride him... classy.

Overall I liked the episode, and waitng to see how the plot advances from here.

Why give Daigo the Plezuon Zyudenchi though? Seeing as how KyoryuViolet is very much alive, it was completely unnecessary. That pretty much shows she won't be appearing as often as we'd hope.

maybe for a couple of episodes but she will be back, if dont believe me then dont because most of info indicating that she will have a dance for the ending so she's going to have an active role in this, maybe not as a full time ranger but she's going to more active than the spirit rangers, she's going to needed when she's going to be needed.

This is how I imagine Kyoryuger writers meetings go...

Writer1: I just thought of a good story arc to use on Ian...
Headwriter: It'll be better if we use that on Daigo. Yes, lets do that.

Writer2: How about we make Souji learn a new technique...
Headwriter: We have a character named Souji? Oh right the green guy, I thought we killed him off a while ago? Anyway it'll be cooler if Daigo learns that technique.

W1: Let's make Nossan turn into...
HW: It will be funnier if it happened to Daigo.

W2: What if Amy...
HW: fall in love with Daigo! Yes that would be an awesome story line.

W1: What if Ucchi gets the power to...
HW: We should use that on Daigo. We need to power him up!

W2: What if we reveal that Kyoryu Silver is...
HW: Daigo from the future! He came back in time to help defeat Devoss.

W1: How about for the Final Mech...
HW: Lets make it so epic that only one Kyoryuger can pilot it. Hmm... How about Daigo? Nobody would see that coming. That would be DAIGORGASMIC!!!

Yeah that's how I see it happening.

I can genuinely believe that's what's going on in Toei's writing department :(

Man, I feel pretty bad for Yayoi. The original violet was more useful, and he broke his back by posing.

Only 3 Kyoryugers have story arcs, and Daigo is integral to all of them. Daigo commands Plezuoh, Ankydon, and Bunpachy, and I'm pretty damn skippy he'll be the one to use Tobaspino after Deathryuger, Amy and Yayoi have crushes on him, and his only fear is not being strong enough to do the entire team's work for them.
Can't they drop a bus on Daigo and have him out of commission for 4 episodes? That'll give me one Daigo-less month, and I'd appreciate that.

And this is one of the main reasons why I stopped watching.

It's stuff like that which caused me to stop watching for a month, and it's also making me consider dropping Kyoryu altogether...

When I saw that scene I was like "Ian you took the words right outta my mouth!"

When I read that King's actor felt some trepidation over doing the role I had no idea King would become a spotlight hog.

Between The Daigo show with the Kyoryugers and Kamen Rider Boring Wizard I'm starting to have serious doubts over tokusatsu's future.

There will always be weak seasons, but I don't think that's a reason to panic.

Kyoryuger is not weak.

Yeah. Weak implies that it's salvageable.
Kyoryuger is a trainwreck with Daigo's face painted on wreckage.

I said weak based on his opinion of Kyoryuger and Wizard.

Honestly I have liked Kyoryuger so far (my sig is Kyoryu Gold after all) I just feel that it could be way better.

Specially if the other Kyoryugers had a bigger role than being Daigo's backup.

He's also the driver, and the station master and the effing rails.

I don't think I'd go that far. I'd just say that it's a show that is very clearly aiming for a little kid audience and is doing all it can to appeal to them. It's bright, it's loud, and it's simple; there's an audience for that but it ain't me.

I can agree with that, I think that may work for her in the same way they did Kibaranger, I Just hope they do better with her then Kibaranger.

It's not that bad, just saying it is a train wreck doesn't mean it is. It's actually not that bad and you actually get to see the characters be who they are. I have been watching Gokaiger and I'm in the filler episodes and I feel like they just put a random writer on the script and said "Here you go, enjoy." I love Gokai and Go Busters and many others but I don't at all see this as a train wreck.

It's just that I have never not wanted to watch a series as much as I do Kyoryuger.
It initially seemed it sought to subvert expectations, but in reality, it's just not doing anything beyond aggrandizing Daigo.

Trust me, I already know that Gokaiger was a real train wreck.
But Kyoryuger seems to be under the mindset that "If it's not making Daigo look cool, it's not worth putting on the screen" which is where my contempt stems.
