S.H. Figuarts Hurricaneger 2-packs Officially Unveiled
 

Not so long ago we heard the news that the remaining S.H. Figuarts Hurricanegers would be released in 2-pack format toward the end of the year/beginning of 2014. Now the Tamashii Web Store has started taking preorders for sets of the Gouraigers and Hurricane Blue & Yellow!

The Gouraiger set, featuring KabutoRaiger and KuwataRaiger, will be released in December for the price of 7350 yen. The set featuring Hurricane Blue and Hurricane Yellow will then follow in January 2014 for the same price.

These sets are Tamashii Web Exclusives, so be sure to get your preorders in with one of the many middlemen available. In the meantime, check out the images after the jump!

Looking at the Sonic Megaphone and Quake Hammer, it looks like the weapons will combine into the Triple Gadget, though it looks like you'll have to replace something on the Quake Hammer.

I dunno whether I'd want the full set of these, or to pay the full price, but I might get Blake and Hunter when they're going for cheap on Mandrake.

... Is it to much to ask for a Gokaiger version of Navy Thunder?

Why have an incomplete team? If you're going to get them both anyway, why split them up?

Because I never planned to get them all. I hate Ninja Storm and haven't seen Hurricaneger, but wanted Blue for a) Nao and b) female blue.

If I buy them I wouldn't split them, but buying complete teams costs enough as it is without factoring ones I don't necessarily care for.

The only 2 I wanted were Blue and the as of yet unrevealed Shurikenger.

I had no intention of completing any team. I simply want all the female Blues.

If I'm unable to find someone to take yellow, I may just cave and buy Red too.

That's how much I love about Hurricanger! Can't wait for Sky Ninja Shurikenger to come out soon!

They look excellent. I'm very excited!

And this new 2-Pack format for Sentai is such a good way to release them. I really hope they keep it up and soon will be announcing a Bouken Yellow/Pink 2-Pack and FINALLY the rest of Jetman.

I'd like to see Sky Ninja Shurikenger/Green Samurai Ranger also made here. At least some proof they're going to do him. It just doesn't feel like a complete team unless he's there.

Agreed! He's one of my favorite suit designs. I can't wait to pick these up!

Hopefully Shurikenger comes with a replaceable head and able to remove his vest, but knowing BoJ they will just make him into 2 separate figures.

For the Americans, wanted to drop a reminder that these are almost certainly getting the Bluefin treatment as well.

If America can get PROO Blue and Black's 2 pack we can certainly get these.

Same here. I am sure I can sell Yellow easy enough but I have no intention of making the whole team.

You know. I've never been a fan of Ninja Storm. But all the bad writing, plot holes, and idiotic Cyber people can't detract from how amazing those suits are.

Watch Hurricanger, it is much better. It plays everything safe, but it is still a pretty good show overall.

Those Thunder Rangers look fantastic. I imagine that there will be more than a few folks who just buy the two of them and pass on the Wind Rangers/Hurricangers.

Since Hurricane Red is getting a Bluefin release…I wonder if they'll do the same for these two packs?

I really want the Gouraigers but…since they're doing the whole two pack thing I'd be kinda hard pressed not to get Hurricane Blue and Yellow to complete the team too...

I just want the Gouraigers (mainly Kuwagaraiger). If I get all of them, that would be cool.

Anyone else reeeeaaaaalllyyyy want a Tentoraiger to come out too? It'll probably never happen, but I can hope.

Generally speaking I'm not fond of the idea of Figuarts two-packs, but the Gouraigers actually make sense as a pair.

Eh. It helps get the figures out without forcing the women to be exclusives.

I know, it's just I'm a Scrooge from time to time so I prefer independent releases :p

I find it funny that some of the reason not buying the whole team (or not buying at all) is because hating on Ninja Storm, lol...

Just like what Dr Kain said, try watch Hurricaneger, it may be not the best Sentai ever, but it's still entertaining.

And plus, you can't turn down the awesome Thunder Rangers
