S.H.Figuarts Hurricaneger and Gouraiger Two Packs US Release Info 

 

Ninja Storm, Ranger Form! Ha! Bluefin has just announced via Facebook that they will be releasing the Tamashi Web exclusive S.H.Figuarts Gouraiger and Hurricanger sets under their US Power Rangers Ninja Storm names!

Each set will be priced at 89.99$ and will be released between late January and early Feburary 2014.

FINALLY! Ive been waiting for these to be announced! Considering these are Ninja Storm to me and not Hurricaneger, I cant wait!

Now... When the hell are we gonna see Cam get announced?

So $90 apiece? Eh looks like Hunter and Blake are gonna wait, I wan the core 3 before I get anyone else....

Now I really wanna complete the team if Bluefin is going to make it easy for us to get.

I guess I'll wait for Amazon to have them available as preorder then. No need to look for them on Japanese websites and pay more. What a relief.

Don't care for them using US packaging and stuff again, but whatever. it'll probably be cheaper than Mandarake in the long run.

Looking forward to this. I never liked Ninja Storm but I loved the suits. Any chance we'll see a Green?

It's so awesome that we're getting Tamashii Web stuff for a descent price now.

I'll never understand the "cheaper price" argument for these. Surely its just a sake of convenience as

1) You don't have to pay shipping
2) You won't have to pay upfront for a preorder
3) They'll be in better supply

I'm just genuinely curious. Since I don't buy anything Bluefin for obvious reasons I'm not overly familiar with it all, but from everything I've seen these actually aren't that much cheaper than getting them from middlemen even with the additional fee added on.

Not sure how limited, but you should definitely preorder while you can.

For people that are in the USA it is definitely going to be cheaper once you factor in middleman fees and such. The only downsides would be getting it a month later (and seeing a friend's current experience with middlemen... congrats, you'll get it after the Bluefin release) and Power Rangers packaging if you're a stickler about this kind of thing.



That being said I totally don't care what packaging these are gonna use. Hurricanger/Ninja Storm is one of two Sentai/PR teams that I will buy every single release of, so of course I preordered these.

I'm okay with this. Definitely not as concerned about what kind of packaging we get as long as we get more Sentai teams released to the U.S.

Green could probably be his own two-pack with regular and Super Samurai form.

I would rather buy from Bluefin than Japan in most cases. NOthing against Japan, I love Mandarake, I love AmiAmi, but I want to support Bluefin so they can continue doing this. I want them to be able to start getting the web riders and stuff. Plus, I love that if you buy something, and it was their version, and it breaks, they will replace it for you (or at least try, as they were unable to replace my Marshall Teach with his two right hands due to him being OOP for 2 years now).

Oh no, I completely understand that. If I had the option to buy from the UK rather than Japan I'd do exactly the same. It's the "Bluefin stuff is cheaper" argument I was specifically questioning.

Like I say, it's a brilliant thing they're doing but the advantages are more convenience rather than cost.

It does seem simpler to just preorder on Amazon, for me anyway since Im planning on focusing Japan Exclusive preorders to Riders now since any Sentai/Ranger ones are gonna get Bluefin-ed anyway. But at $90 apeice, they really arent that much of a difference in price from original releases....

Probably because he wasn't in Akibaranger.

But Pteraranger wasnt in Akibaranger and we already have her announced, and coming out in a few months, and both Zyu and Dai have had their full teams including their sixths shown already, yet Shurikener/Cam is the only one who hasnt :(

I'm sure MMPR's cult status had something to do with Pink getting announced before Shurikenger.

Be patient guys, Shuri is probably going to be released next year if anything.

Dai as in Dairanger? I thought only Ryu and Kiba were announced or am I missing something?

But I have no pacience.... I want Cam more than I do the other 4! :lol

I swear we've at least seen photos of the rest of the Dairangers... might be mistaken though.

If we have I don't remember seeing them. The only full teams coming out that I know of are:

Jetman
Zyuranger
Hurricanger
Boukenger
Kyoryuger

Yea I might be wrong... I just wish theyd do all these before they start anymore though. As much as I want Go-On or Geki SHFs, Id rather get the rest be completed first.

You left out:

Akibaranger
Shinkenger
Dekaranger(The core five, any way.)

It is kind of weird to think that Kamen Rider has way more then Sentai (don't all of the rider series have their own figuarts?). I guess KR makes better figures then Sentai does :lol

Anywho, yes, oh god yes please give me Shurikenger.

I only listed the ones that are currently set to come out, not the ones already fully out.

Yeah, I didn't read that part…my bad. :lol

Maybe because Riders are only 1-2 different Riders per series, then depending on how many forms, those as well. But those are still 1 or 2 characters, Sentai you have multiple characters, 1 per figure/suit, so maybe its harder to release Sentai? I dont know...

It seems that Jyuranger is getting out quicker because of MMPR's 20th anniversary, and we haven't seen anything from Dairanger except Ryuranger and Kibaranger.

Jetman hasn't been fully announced, we've only seen the other figures in that episode of Akibaranger. Same with Boukenger(have not seen anything of BoukenSilver or Zubaan yet).

As for Hurricaneger and Kyoryuger, we still know nothing of them besides the main teams.

But if you look at the appearance of the figures, Sentai has more of a basic design, whereas Kamen Rider usually has the more complex ones. Who knows though in all honesty. As I said, maybe the Kamen Rider ones are just more popular so they focus on getting those out more.

But that was the exact same place Akaranger, Rio and Mele were displayed too, so who knows when we'll get those 4.

I did have a sneaking suspicion I forgot something. Too bad it was from the Tamashii Features where Sentai Figuarts go to die.

Given by the way Kamen Rider ones sell out MUCH faster than the Sentai ones, I'd say that they are more popular.

That, and the Kamen Rider ones have been going for about 2-3 years before they even started Sentai figuarts.

So to get Tori I have to buy Dustin? PASS.
