Kamen Rider Travels Senki Revealed for 3DS!
5 Attachment(s)
A new Kamen Rider game was announced for the Nintendo 3DS console! Kamen Rider: Travels Senki is currently in development by Seventh Chord whom previously developed All Rider Generation 2. All of the Heisei Riders will be made playable. The 3DS’ second screen will have your transformation device and you touch it in order to transform.
The game will be released for 5480 yen in November and first print copies of the came will include a Ganbarizing card. Importers beware: this game will not work on North American 3DS consoles due to region lock. Thanks to Tokunation member Malinus for giving us the heads up! |
One of the screen shots makes this look like it'll play like a Tales of gameā¦
And i"d be all over a Tales of Kamen Rider if it weren't for the damned region lock.:cry |
Those faces are kinda creepy. o.O
|
Time to import a Japanese 3DS handheld to play this due region lock on 3DS
|
A Kamen Rider game where the Riders appear untransformed? That's new.
|
Those looks adorable, shame its totally not worth buying a Japanese 3DS for.
|
I know it's a 3DS game but why...design it like that? Those graphics and the art design just make me think of one of those free Facebook games.

This looks like a longer, more story driven rider game, if so awesome!
But those human designs look creepy. |
I love a good story, but since it's in Japanese, I can't really justify getting a JP 3DS and this game, so...Pass.

Well hey, first front page article... name's spelled wrong, but I'll take it! :D
And yeah, I've not found a KR game that was even worth buying locally let alone imported... far too much cost for what it offers, even moreso if you've got to get around region locks. And the fact there's a story does not help much since I can't read any of it anyway. I do hope that like the Rider Generation games, there'll be a kind wiki to provide translations on all of this so people don't miss out on the story, though. While the human art is mildly upsetting (Faces aren't quite chibi enough to go with the bodies), I am however liking the fact that we're seeing more unmasked characters, even non-Riders at that! The fact it's all Neo-Heisei era makes it feel like they're going for a sort of Movie War style crossover, which I am DEFINITELY in favor of. |

Wish they make a sequel or something... I think this game is worth because it looks like "Tales of" game meets Kamen Rider. So there will be more story than the usual Rider games, but if you can read Japanese... |
