Anhk Lock Seed and Lock Seed Pad Locks Announced
 

New Lock Seeds from Kamen Rider Gaim were revealed in the latest round of magazine scans and fan favorite Greed Anhk from Kamen Rider OOO will be getting his own Lock Seed!

In addition, Bandai will be releasing Lock Seeds that will also double as actual working pad locks! Release info for both of these currently remains unknown.

Functional Lock Seeds, that's nice, looks fun. (as fun as locks can be) :lol

Seriously, I was hoping to hold off on the Goku Driver, but damn, two different OOO LS? Great, there goes my will to hold off this series. :lol

Cool! Definitely want the Melon Lock. Idk what I'd use it on, but I want one. I'll probably get Ankh's lock seed too. I'm still wondering how the sengoku driver listings went up and sold out right under my nose.

When did they go up for- Crap! All the Gaimu stuff is up on AmiAmi and all the good stuff is sold out. :(

It was the same day Delta and Agito Burning went up. The DX Gaim stuff went up sometime during the evening. They didn't display it anywhere either. You had to look for it. I remember looking for the listings, finding nothing, then hours later, my friend showed them to me and they were all sold out.

I know in my day we collected bits of card with photos on it and shit, but really, pad locks? Like they are making a collectible gimmick out of...padlocks? There are gonna be kids queuing up for...padlocks? What the hell can kids even use them for? I find this such a strange gimmick, and if this sells as well as it obviously will, it's either gonna say everything about how great the marketing is...or everything about the intelligence of the audience.

As much as I love Gaim, and everything about Gaim, an Ankh Lock Seed confounds me :eyebrow

Maybe that's the reason why Ankh didn't want to talk about how he was revived.

I dunno, I think they look like just another collectible - Kind of creative, thinks outside the box, not just a safe route. That's what I admire about the Rider collectibles, they're strange. But I understand the preference of cards, they just aren't my thing.

That said, Ankh Lockseed... Kinda cool. Lockseeds summon monsters or something, right, that was the show premise? Wonder if they'll make more like this. Without a doubt I'm sure there will be Imagin Lockseeds, maybe even WizarDragon.

Dang. I wasnt gonna get the Driver now, but i was definetly gonna get the Arms Change figures, ah well, If I dont find them back instock, Ill just get them off CStoys when theyre released.

Bandai, here is my wallet. I reluctantly give you all of my money.

I'm not sure if I will spend any money on getting a LS from Gaim, but if I were, I'd probably get the Ankh LS over other fruit stuff.
