It appears we're at a near stalemate trying to decide what series to watch next for the next Let's Watch Wednesdays @ Tokunation. From the 10 choices we had we've narrowed it down to 3 with heavy support from the community. So now it's time for this poll to decide the fate of these 3 shows! The next LWW could be:

• Kamen Rider Blade
• Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger

I couldn't decide between ryukendo and zyuranger so i flipped a coin. picked ryukendo. And really not a single vote for zyuranger?

Went with Ryukendo because odds are I'd just sit out the other two; already watched or rewatched both within the last year.

I'm probably not voting because I don't really care.

But... But Blade. You love Blade. I want a bigger push to keep watching it and having a bunch of people doing so at the same time would probably work.

But it's losing to Ryukendo, which I have generally no interest in...

I want Blade to win, because I want to watch the show but have no real drive, but maybe if I'm watching it with a group at set times I'll be able to keep up.

After all, I want to watch start watching Kamen Rider and LWW is good for that. Balde may not be the best for newcomers, don't hold me to that statement as I may be totally wrong, but I want to join in on the Rider fandom.

Nope, but like you said Blade is not exactly the best show for newcomers, W and OOO are excellent entry points, Blade is the kind of show you check after you already have some shows under your belt.

At least that's how I see it.

I wouldn't agree with that. I'd say Blade works perfectly well as an introductory Rider series. but then, I honestly don't think any Rider show would alienate new viewers - not even Hibiki.

I guess since most of the Rider shows I watched have two-episode arcs Blade who doesn't use them feels different to me, and not so easy to get into...

Then again I made it this far despite starting with Kiva so your first isn't necessarily that important.

Alright. Fine. Voted for Blade. Don't really feel like watching Ryukendo.

Every show could be somebody's first. I started (properly) with Agito, you started with Kiva, a bunch of people started with W, OOO, or Fourze. If a show is enjoyable and draws you in, that's all it needs to do. Some may be odd fits for the franchise as a whole, but if you're just watching Rider for the first time you don't really need to care about the rest of the franchise.

To me. it would be funny if Blade wins because I finished Dekaranger not too long ago and yet these two shows aired during the same year.

Ties are boring, so I voted for Blade.

By the way I find it hilarious that when faced with a narrower field of options that Zyuranger isn't even competing with the other 2 shows. It's like everybody completely decided against it when they had fewer options in front of them.

That's because everyone realized no other Sentai could measure up to Gekiranger, so why waste time watching any other :p

Anyway, I'm actually surprised at how poorly Zyuranger is doing, but I'm not writing it off. It was trailing in the initial poll but then had a sudden influx of votes.

Im ok with Ryukendo or Zyuranger but i see blade is winning -_-

That is really weird, yeah. Especially since it was almost neck and neck with Blade in round 1.

Voted Blade this time. Nothing against Zyuranger since hell Im giving my money to its SHFs, but I have been feeling more Rider than Sentai lately so Im going for another series to put under my belt. :p

That and Im pretty sure if Blade wins, a certain Sh figuart is gonna be the giveaway, so why not save $50-80 :p

If I hadn't watched Zyuranger in the last year myself I'd go with that. But I've never finished Blade and I loved Ryukendo so I'd be all in for either. It really is a tough choice for me.

Ryukendo's the only one I'm interested in right now.

I picked Zyuranger, it seems like Ryukendo or Blade will win.

I'll be happy if blade wins as it is an excellent series, however having just finished it I won't watch it again. Might comment every now and then though.

So for that reason I voted Ryukendo.

Here are the many reasons why I'm choosing Blade:
1. It'll be added to my list of watched Kamen Rider shows. (this will be #8 when done.)
2. Finished Dekaranger not to long ago. (Yes, I do like Umeko.)
3. I want to make a "Card games on motorcycles!" joke whenever they ride them.

Ryuki lends itself much better to the YuGiOh jokes :lol

Where are we going to find six more people to vote for ryukendo? I'll still take blade over zyuranger, just watched zyu earlier this year

I haven't been paying attention to the eliminated options but I'm surprised Zyuranger isn't knocking it out of the park. But I'm glad this is the case, because while there are definitely many fans who legitimately like Zyuranger as a sentai it's also a bit frustrating that Zyuranger is painfully overexposed in the Western toku fandom because of MMPR nostalgia. Personally, I've seen a few episodes and it didn't grip me.
