Power Rangers Megaforce Retrofire Gosei Ultimate Megazord
 

Tokunation.com brings you a gallery of the latest 'Retrofire' style release from the Power Rangers Megaforce toy line, the Gosei Ultimate Megazord.

Gosei Ultimate stands at approximately 6 inches tall, has 20 points of symmetrical articulation, and comes with two swords. The figure sports intricate molded details and well applied paint applications.

The Gosei Ultimate Megazord is the only new Retrofire mold in the fall wave of Megaforce figures, accompanied by re-releases of the Gosei Great, Gosei Grand, and MMPR Dino Megazords.

Hyper stylized chest lips!
Actually, the chest face doesn't look so awful on this one. Almost looks, dare I say, cool.

With the face not taking up 90% of his body mass, he doesn't look completely stupid. I like it. Not a fan that it's shorter than Gosei Great, but eh.

I am loving this. But I kind of want that Gosei Knight more.

Man I just can not get behind the odd lanky proportions of Retrofires. They really just don't do it for me.

If by Gosei Knight you mean the not-SRC Gosei Grand Megazord, get it. The toy is damn near perfect.

Well we are getting closer to the big [non specific December observance] shopping season each day, even with my local Shopko already putting up fake tree displays IN SEPTEMBER RIGHT NEXT TO THE HALLOWEEN COSTUMES, so I assume we'll start seeing Gosei Knights with the Autumn waves hitting shelves.

Damn I want one too. That and the Gosei Jet for obvious reasons.

Its been a while since I've liked the style of a Retrofire, but this one certainly does it for me.

The new wave of Armored Might figures is already out. I just got Robo Knight and the White Ranger earlier yesterday. White Ranger is a good one. On par with the Green Ranger, but Robo Knight is probably my favorite of this line. The armor is slightly bulkier, due to the gimmick, but I think it works very well. You get both versions of his weapon, the Robo Morpher, and two extra hands. While it doesn't attach to either version of his weapon, he does come with a left hand specifically for holding it. It also has a silly gimmick with the armor. All of the armor pieces, except for the back, combine to form a "shield." The shield is basically his header mode. He uses the shield by plugging the gun into a hole on the back side of the chest piece. It's dumb, but in a way that I like.

I saw the big Gosei Ultimate the other day, but have not seen this Retrofire yet. I have the other two, so I was curious if he would get this treatment. He looks pretty good, but a little too monochrome as a Super Robot. Cool, but I may have to pass. Thanks for the nice gallery!
