What would have happened....
If Kouta ate the fruit? I mean, the monsters eat them. Do you think it could, like, turn people into monsters?
Shit, you eat the fruit, turn into a monster, then get forced to do battle for petty territorial disputes, and blown up by a Kamen Rider. |

Need I keep reminding people of THESE!!! http://yattarjapan.com/admin/wp-cont...f8aa3af58a.jpg |
hmm... I thought that the previous team Gaim leader(Yuuya was his name, I think.) had just been killed by the monsters, but I had been wondering why his body had completely disappeared with no remains... What if he ate the fruit and became the monster that attacked Kota and Mai, and that Kota ends up killing?
|
I still maintain he'll eat one and that's how he achives his ultimate upgrade.

I think its pretty safe to assume that people who eat the Helheim Fruit are turned into Invess. At least given the information so far and I kinda think they want us to believe the obvious so they can surprise us.
I mean like last year when a few episodes down the line we thought White Wizard and Wiseman would turn out to be the same person...man toei sure knows how to surprise their vewers these days. |
i do i feel like this has one piece inspired in it

Assuming that the fruit does turn them into monsters, I'm more interested in learning what Yggdrasil gains from that.
Were they harvesting them to create more invess? or to avoid their creation? Also under that logic, are all invess former humans? Or there are "pure" and "turned" Invess. |
That Sir are some very good questions.
The way Yggdrasil are presented they come of as a more juicy version of Smart Brain so I guess both have kind of equally styled ambitions of evolving the human race. The difference being one is a corporation run by the monters itself while the other harvests the power of the monsters. In Episode 2 we see them harvesting the Helheim Fruits while wearing some sort of Sengoku Driver to turn them into the lock seeds. I would assume Yggdrasils Goal is to use the Lock Seeds to make more and more Kamen Riders to evolve Humanity into a race of more powerful beings. This is also Indicated by Zangetsus line at the end of episode 2 were he comments on the appearence of Gaim as being a good thing for the corporation. The Fact that People turn into Invess when they eat the fruits could easily be a side effect that is completely independent from Yggdrasils goals. |

It's doesn't seem to be their fault, but how they handle it is going to be a major plot point in the future. Quote:

Thats what I think too. She comes of as a spin on the Narutaki character. Someone who knows whats going to happen even if the other characters dont.
I would guess shes from a reality where the whole Rider Battle already happened and she tries to change Gaims role in it. The whole alternate reality thing seems the most logical after the Wizard two parter introducing the audiences to the concept again and the next Movie Taisen further exploring it. |
I still think this is all Deneb's latest crackpot scheme to get Yuuto to eat his shiitake.

The only thing keeping me from believing enitrely in that theory, is Urobuchi saying that the Rider war is not a flashback but rather of hint of what's going to happen in the future. But I really like the idea of Mai (2) trying to avoid the war. Quote:

Well it wouldnt technically be a flashback if the Rider War we saw at the beginning was the one of the prime timeline. Mai (2) could be from a reality were the war played out completely different. |

And the whole timeline thing would be in line with Madoka which is the most recent thing he has done. Also Takebe and Urobuchi made comments that they want the series to be more like Ryuki a series which also dealt with different timelines.
|
It makes for very intriguing storylines, but it's a little bit overdone at this point...
|
Yeah just look at Marvel with Age of Ultron and all the aftermath that came from that xD
|
Ryuki didn't handle alternate timelines so much as arbitrarily changed things in ways that made no sense because someone didn't like the ending.
|
Well we got the Movie and TV Special which showed us different timelines were the Rider Battle progressed differently. The only thing Ryuki didnt do was make the alternate timelines a integral part of its storyline.
