I guess since there isnt a thread for THF yet, Ill post here, this episode really reminded me of the Ninja Storm third episode, o whateever one had the megazord premeire. Metal Alice is cool, her voice is pretty great. Plus Vraks base looks a lot like the Aquabase.

So Roboknight changed his mind on his own? Well thats, weird compared to Goseiger where he was pep-talked by... Whats his name...

Oh and, whats up with playing the girl-bromance with Gia and Emma? It wasnt really needed for the plot at all... Plus that popsicle scene was kinda funny... :lol

Great episode. One of the best. If this is how "Megaforce" ends leading up to "Super Megaforce", I'm excited.

They hit stride quicker than Samurai did to.

Definitely better than the Halloween episode, but this episode is a glaring reminder that 20 episodes to adapt a 50 episode series is way to short. They are trying to burn through a bunch of Goseiger footage every episode and it's making the episodes feel like nothing but flashy fights with sloppy editing to connect them. While Samurai overstayed it's welcome by extending it's footage by a year, Megaforce feels like rushed to get to the next Sentai series. Power Rangers needs to be at least 32 episodes a year again and one Sentai series per year again. Simply put, this isn't working Saban.

PS WTF was that at the first with Emma looking at the city turn pre-civilization? That was completely random.

It worked for me, Blade. Yes they're rushing through Goseiger footage but it doesn't feel rushed. And this was one of the best episodes yet. I don't get where you're seeing all flash and slop.

Goddamn Hulu and its region locks. I want to see this now :lol

...Huh. That episode was actually surprisingly good...WHAT IS HAPPENING?!

Maybe it's because it's kind of a Robo Knight based episode, I guess, but I really liked this one. It seemed to have more effort put into it in general. Kinda like how Samurai apparently got better towards the end...though, considering there are technically only six episodes left, there won't be much room for improvement with these guys.

They have an entire season yet, they aren't switching casts when they become Super Megaforce.

If you go back and watch this series from the beginning, it flows a lot better. Those long breaks between episodes make it feel more rushed but it's not rushed at all. I loved this episode! Looking forward to the rest of this season and then starting SuperMegaforce :D

Don't remind me...I mean, this cast is growing on me, but not well enough to stand up to the Gokaiger cast. It still should be a different cast of people in my opinion, but maybe they'll grow on me if the last episodes of Megaforce are like this episode...

Metal Alice's VO was spot on, and this was the beginning of when Goseiger was getting good, so at least there's some benefit from that.

To quote the girls "That. was. delicious." "Sooo good..." Like totally. Now work that popsicle Pinkie Pie.

This is episode fifteen, not sixteen.

I love it when this show just pretends character development happened, and just hopes the audience doesn't notice they haven't. Still more lesbian ship Gia Emma scenes don't get any complaints from me, it's been too long since we've had these.

Although the Goseiger action is looking really really dated, it's really quite flashy and very enjoyable to watch. I wish this show didn't rely so much on the footage, but it's a fun ride all the same.

Nothing about Metal Alice Makes sense. Where do Metal Alice's motivations come from? Didn't Vrak just build her? Why not just build her with a 'I hate humans' mindset? Why'd he need to program this whole vision into her of some utopic pre-human Earth? Why was she born with plans to build robots, and other information Vrak didn't even know? Wouldn't he have to have programmed it in? Also, why is Metal Alice so smug about the lack of Robo Knight? He didn't help in the previous battle either, after he got owned right at the start and vanished for the whole thing.

I love how Vrak is still randomly changing forms for no reason at all. Zomboats?

Overall, it was fun, but nothing special.

Guys. This is episode 16. Doesn't matter if Hulu doesn't show Raising Spirits, or whatever else. Raising Spirits was an episode, it was number 15 in the series, and this is episode 16.

It was not a straight clipshow, it was episode 15. It had story, it had plot, it was an actual episode.

Did Metal Alice lose her breast torpedoes? I'm guessing she did, but it would be hilarious if they kept those in.

No, I'm serious. Noah, Jake, Gia, and Emma have gotten better and better. Troy is still an issue :lol But Ernie is wonderful. And even RoboKnight has grown on me. And just look at the amazing, and I mean Amazing, voice acting that we have in this series. Vrak and now Metal Alice? Best VO work in a long time. Even the Monsters of the Week have great voices.

I admit I enjoy the voice acting, but I still can't stand Gia and Emma and especially Troy. Noah is OK and Jake is the only one I'd say is good, personally.

I can see that. The Sisters thing at the start of the episode sounded a little forced, but I loved Jake doing the photoshoot. And Noah is really finding his stride. So is Emma. And, I get the Gia thing, why people don't like her. But you'll never sway me from her fanclub :lol

What bothers me more is that she's taller than Moune's actress Mihiko Miwa was, so when she Morphs she loses almost a full three inches in height. Unmorphed she's tall as Jake, morphed she's shorter.

I can forgive that, in Goseiger Hyde lost quite a few inches when he morphed, too.

I know it's not a huge problem. It's the same as seeing Alata's jacket in the Megaforce opening. My OCD screams "THAT'S NOT RIGHT! WTF?!" :lol

I can kinda forgive height problems in Power Rangers because adaptation and all that, but if the suit actors height, build or personelity doesn't gel with their character in sentai, I think that is bullshit, that footage was made for those characters.

No kidding. Alata was the Oompa Loompa of every Sentai Red. Gives me hope as a fellow short guy.

I can't believe I missed another episode. I even thought about it earlier this morning, but I got distracted playing Minecraft... I didn't remember till exactly 1:30pm... right as Spongebob was coming on... Hopefully someone puts it up on Youtube.

It's been on Hulu for a week now :p

Metal Alice is awesome.

I know. My computer died, making my Xbox 360 my only access to the internet, the Internet Explorer for this thing sucks, which means Hulu.com is just a white page for me, I have no interest in signing up for Hulu Plus, cause I'm never going to use it again, so Youtube is pretty much my only option for watching the episode online. I'm going to try and catch it tomorrow, but I might have something more important to do.

Edit: Doesn't look like they're re-airing it tomorrow anyways... so yeah, Youtube it is...

It was a great episode and the original footage of the undersea base was pretty awesome. The set-up for the remaining 5 episodes was pretty great. And I want my iPad to transform in to a sword.
