What happens when Scorpion from the Mortal Kombat series goes toe to toe with the White Ranger from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers?

One of the coolest fight scenes ever done. No seriously, it's pretty awesome. Check out the video below and take note - the White Ranger is indeed voiced by Jason David Frank, who played the White Ranger during Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

I really liked seeing the teleportation being used during the fight. That was a unique twist to one of the more common things that the MMPR's could do. It was pretty damn slick , if you ask me.

It was a really well done fight.I like the look of the white rangers new suit.

That is why a modern day MMPR Film would work. Or even miniseries. Cant wait for super megaforce now!

That suit. They added some extra details to "Americanize" it without going overboard. Really well done. And I bet the added shin guards reduce wear and tear on the actor in the suit during the fight.

I was initially thinking this was just going to be one of those lame Death Battle ripoffs. Glad it wasn't. That was a really fun watch. It was awesome. It was neat seeing the teleportation system used for more than just travel.

And this is really what I want from my PR/Sentai. Martial arts and close combat, not pointless backflips and giant explosions.

Yeah, I dig the 'updated' suit with the little straps and additions to make it look tougher. Still very true to the original costume.

Also, that fight was freaking awesome. Both characters really shined and were competant, it didn't feel like one was depowered to beat the other easily.

Yeah, Master Chief would probably win. But it'd be close. Can't imagine why two very patriotic supermen would throw down. (Well, MC is patriotic to all of humanity, not just America I guess)

I dunno about that. I think Cap has Chief's number. Nothing in Chief's arsenal can catch Cap off guard.
However, considering it's by fan vote, Chief might win anyway.

People forget Chieffers can lift a tank over with little exersion.

The only reason MC uses guns is because it's faster than running up and breaking every enemy's spine one at a time. Love to see how Chief gets around Cap's shield, though.

Forget? That's the only advantage I can see Chief having over Cap, and his Vibranium-Adamantium shield can dispel a blow from Mjolnir without any damage to Cap's arm.
Chief might have something up his sleeve...armor, but I'm on Cap's side.

I don't remember WhiteBoy being near that awesome in season 02 of MMPR, but damn he needed to be. That was.. it was just really satisfying. Shame though Wasserman, if he has the rights to it, or Saban, if he does, couldn't be in on this enough they could've used "Go White Ranger Go" :lol

I def liked the vibe of this fight,so I checked out the others.Deadpool vs Batman was hilarious,Superman vs Thor was a cop-out,and Wolverine vs Predator was a straight up brawl.

No matter who won, the true winner is the audience.

The alternate ending is pretty sweet too.

I love how the fight featured here was more impressive than any fight in the entire three year run of MMPR. Awesome video.

This was one amazing fight. This is how you film a "more adult" Power Rangers. Granted, you don't have to have the gore and can tone down the "sword through the head" or "hook in the head", but the fight was well choreographed and the music was pretty fitting.

Have watched it many times and will probably watch it many more.

Everybody knows JDF is fire proof, teleports during battle, stabs people in the head and can kick the shit out of any man, living or dead. White Ranger cant do that!

The fight choreography was great and im sure i'll be watching more episodes, Wolverine vs Predator and Deadpool vs Batman are really good.

I actually feel like this edges out Death Battle. Yeah DB does fight analysis at the end but its all imaginary information and doesnt necessarily support the fight

Yeah, this is what I want when I think "adult" Power Rangers. (not that that phrase should really exist. It makes it sound like some sort of adult parody or something) just more focus of actual martial arts and visceral combat that's not actually gorey or bloody like everyone seems to think the bright, colourful and family-friendly PR needs to be.

Also, since he's technically dressed as a cat, I may have been biased towards him. Still need that Figuarts White Ranger.

Dang that was good! Id love to see more stuff like that, and want a custom White SHF in that design, those new leg guards looked better IMO

Gonna say I like the alternate ending better. Then again that's just me being bias seeing as I'm a bigger Scorpion fan than I am of the White Ranger.

It's kinda amusing and sad to see how a portion of the Scorpion fans forget that the Rangers fight monsters on an almost-daily basis. And win.

Heh, unsurprising Matt Mercer got involved given Marisha Ray is his girlfriend. I do love Mercer though, one of the nicest VAs I've met. JDF's "knows 7 different martial arts" thing was kinda pulled out of nowhere though...

Still, arguments aside the fight itself was great to watch. The white ranger suit looked fantastic and it really played on both characters strengths even if I don't necessarily agree with the outcome.

Yep it was on Fan votes. The one thing I hate about these kind of things is how every opponent Superman faces is dumb enough to knock him towards the sun. They use that in every single fight Superman is in.

considering the people they showed in those interviews tended toward thor about 70/30, im wondering why they said superman won, although the ending was a bit ambigious
