Y'all know subs are out right?
Good episode. It was fun, and Souji was an actual character again. |

I did find it funny when Amy and King switched bodies. |
Good episode. Kind of filler but I liked it. Seeing them switch bodies was funny, especially King and Amy. When she slapped him for touching himself in her body :lol
But none of that compares to next week. Lady Candelira makes another monster! |
Best part about this? Torin morphing, so awesome... Anyone got a gif of that?

Excellent filler episode. Probably the best filler I've seen. The body switching was hilarious, especially Amy and Daigo's exchange. Good character ep for Souji as well. It's always nice when the story's focus on him since he's the quietest member of the team.

Filler be filler. However, Torin's Kyoryu change was awesome. XD

Thoroughly enjoyed this episode. It felt like it was gonna be mega filler and turned out very enjoyable. The body swap trope actually worked pretty well here. And Torin as Silver continues to breath new life into these episodes.

The episode was all right, not the worst (that goes to the Sports episode), but not even good enough to be average. I liked that they did something different with the body switch plot, but it was still just that, another annual body switch plot. The mech battle felt forced and tacked on for no reason, and nothing really happened in this episode. Unfortunately, I expect to have nothing but filler for the next several weeks, probably not even until the episodes in Jan. HOwever, I am ready for this show to end. Daigo has not had any character growth since episode 3.
The Deboss have done nothing since like 25, and it seems like Toei ran out of their budget because they are just repeating the same monsters over now. Even next week's looks like it is just a grunt with a different head. Plus, none of the villains have had any development in so long. Dogold could have easily been a top notch villain, being living armor, but instead he has fallen into the same tropes of the standard Sentai villain. When are they going to start giving us Rio and Mele development again? Toei showed so much promise for the future with their villains in Geki and then reverted right back to the slump they had been in for several years. I thought Rio and Mele were going to bring back a golden age of villain development, but it seems like it was more of a fluke than anything else. |
Oh gods that Sports ep was not fun at all. This one was pretty good. Nothing great though. Makes me sad since Kyoryuger has been so strong and then just a bunch of filler eps in a row. :(

Props to Torin, for once a samba henshin wasn't a huge narm fest. Now if only the others can take notes from what Torin did and do theirs without standing around and ruining any dramatic tension before a fight.
