Power Rangers Super Megaforce Key Scanner App Now Available, Images Hacked
 

With the release of Power Rangers Super Megaforce toys last week, it was only a matter of time before the official Key Scanner App was released! And it has - simply search Power Rangers on your Apple App Store or the Android Store and you can download it! If you already have the Card Scanner App, just update it - they Key Scanner App is the actual update that's been released.

Our friend Fury Diamond from RangerCrew.com managed to already hack in to the app and downloaded all the images that the app contains! Want to know what classic Power Rangers and Power Rangers Allies are getting keys? Or see some really awesome face icons and battle poses of each Ranger?

No Jungle Spirit or Titanium Rangers? I am disappoint.

Pretty pixelated images, the helmets at least - taken almost haphazardly and then poorly photoshopped.

Wish there were a .zip file of all the images.

Titanium is on page 5 of the helmet images and 25 with a full body shot... So he's in there for something.

The picture is pretty bad quality though (especially the Titanium ranger pictures). So I really have to echo goldblade here - there is seemingly not some professional work put into it.

So I saw this phone yesterday and have the buttons cannot even be pressed. LAME!!

Really? Cool. Still bummed about the spirit rangers.

I can't find the app on the Google Play Store. can someone link it?

EDIT: Never mind. Looks like it's an update to the current app. Android has to wait so long for the update :( Why? I don't know.

So, how are the majority of the keys going to be sold? In sets? Blindpack?

Those are some badly photo shopped pics. Well most of them at least.

From what we know thus far, Ranger Keys will be available in three ways:

- Included with certain toys
- Sold in 3 packs
- Sold individually in blind packs

I'm sure we'll get more information as time goes on.

Shame we aren't getting the full team packs like were released in Japan. My guess is those will be ComiCon exlusives.

I'm looking at the key images and they look remarkably similar to the ranger keys made by ZeltraxMillenium.

So from what I get the gist of, the symbols on the backs of the US Ranger Keys are so they can be scanned by the app, I guess.

Fingers crossed from phantom ranger.

(NOTE: I know the Titanium Ranger didn't have a key listed, but he did have a "morphing helmet" and a "battle pose" image, so I'm assuming he's in)

Man, the Titanium Ranger images look kinda low res compared to all the others, at least with them you can't TELL it's taken from something else. :lol But hey, it's awesome he's even there, so no complaints there.

Since the morpher sounds like it's just reusing the Gosei morpher voice and functions, you think it'd be really easy to just make a key that goes "Lightspeed Rescue - Silver"? Or am I over-simplifying the functions?

Also, blind bag keys? I MIGHT JUST. I really want a Ninjor.
