The sentai for train and giant robot enthusiasts alike has arrived, Ressha Sentai Tokkyuger!

Previously we knew the Rangers would be designated as Tokkyu 1, Tokkyu 2, Tokkyu 3, Tokkyu 4, Tokkyu 5.

Of course the motif of this series is trains and as such the Tokkyugers are said to use electronic train tickets for their henshins, weapons, and mecha. It's also currently speculated that they must "refresh" their cards with "funds" like real cards/tickets in order to continue using them.

Oh... Oh dear... I forsee a new breed of Super Hero Wars focusing on the new Sentai teaming up with Den-O... It... It's going to happen. It must happen. There's nothing we can do to stop it.

I can't freaking wait for this, though the henshin call in written form sounds a little odd.

If it doesn't, after the explicit comparisons I've been seeing all over the place, I will be the saddest panda.

To be fair "Let's GO On!" for GO-Onger didn't quite roll off the tongue when read either. But it worked in spoken form.

Den-O X Tokkyuger just has to happen. If it doesn't, then I'll be one sad Poe. It would also be really cool if they worked Timeranger in there somewhere :lol

Let's throw a GoGoV appearance too, just so the train guys can hang for a bit :lol

Yep this already has huge PR potential. Too bad the show will have nothing to do with trains (if it did come to the US) and will probably be called generic like Power Rangers: Awesome Squad!

Just got a tip that a majority of the info that's being thrown out is actually false. Will amend as soon as we get positive confirmation.

yeah right now its hard to know what is false and what is true, things are just very early right now, though from I gather at least the numbers on the helmets are the most "concrete" rumor right now

You really should go to bed. I remember when Go-busters was being leaked, it didn't serve me to stay up waiting.

We might wait for the image(s) to come out. But I got pretty solid confirmation that the info out there right now is, in fact, made up.

So we'll just wait a little longer :)

Ahh but last year it served us well to stay ready for Kyoryuger news. We were up posting the first image last year after 2AM (specifically 2:27 AM).

with all the train mecha we'll get, mecha train sex will become a reality
