With the Super Megaforce season still several months away, Saban Brands is hard at work on the hype machine. The good people at RangerCrew have put together a compilation of teasers for Super Megaforce, highlighting the series' anniversary milestone and offering a glimpse of future episode content:

Considering that they had the Dairanger keys on display at Comic Con I'd say that they did. Must've been the only way to use Kibaranger or something.

Is Gosei Tower supposed to be there?

Just like the Super Mode via the Black Box Morpher from Super Samurai, except in Super Megaforce, all the Rangers can go to Super Mode.

I love how the American footage looks different than the Sentai footage. It like bumps back and forth between quality.

Good grief, those voice-overs. It's as if they didn't want to sound too excited lest they scare off a fun-hating investor.
Regardless, I'm looking forward to seeing the brand grow and succeed for the next couple of years.

Really wonder how they will handle Gokai Green with Jake, given that the 'clumsy/inexperienced' fighter is/was Noah, since Jake is highlighted as the athlete.

They cut out the role call pose after Yellow and cut the end short with Don running in place after raising the weapons.

That Vo guy needs fired. Then so does Nickolodeon. Saban, you shouldn't be proud that it takes you two years now to finish a season. Unless you know, dont care, and are just milking a single season twice because you're greedy. I hope it's not that. That would make you words I can't say on this website.

The VO guy lied anyway. We aren't getting every past ranger, from every past season, plus whatever they're calling Dairanger. (And yes, Dairanger was left in on purpose. We reported last year that Saban has the rights to Dairanger and will be using the suit footage in SMF). What we're getting is a year of being dragged along until a finale that has, not every past ranger, but the ones that could show up in New Zealand because Saban (Somehow) forgot that he was doing an anniversary season and didn't send out invitations until the last minute
And think about this. If he would've put Megaforce on Vortexx and given it a normal season that lasts a single year, then not only would we not be so far behind Japan that we're not getting Kyoryuger until 2017 (20-frakkin-17!), but then we'd have a new cast for the Gokaiger adaptation. Emma and Gia can handle being Luka and Ahim. But Jake as Doc. That japanese footage is going to be fun.
Seriously. You knew you had the rights to Power Rangers again. You knew you were doing this idiotic broken season thing, making 2014 the anniversary Gokaiger year. And you didn't send anyone any invites until the very last minute? And then he says "it's the most expensive season ever!" So far all there's been is reused Japanese footage, and eight returning rangers. So... what exactly did you spend all that money on, Mr. Saban?

... This post turned into far more of a rant than I originally wanted it to. But I kinda went off on a tangent there.

Just a note - we never reported that Dairanger was going to be used. We did state that Saban Brands has the RIGHTS to Dairanger footage, as they used the zord footage and Kiba Ranger footage (Saban can't buy parts of footage, it's all or nothing). Plus, with the rights to Gokaiger, they can use ANY SCENE in Gokaiger they want.

I personally do not believe that Dairanger will be shown. As I've said so many times, Jason David Frank has stated that no one who works on Power Rangers actually knows anything about Power Rangers. Saban Brands has made every attempt with Bandai to remove all "non-Power Rangers" from any marketing stuff (ie: pre-Zyuranger Sentai teams) from any packaging (and they got upset at me when I pointed out on the Monopoly game at SDCC).

What was on the Monopoly Game at SDCC? And they'll show it. I think. Who knows what they'll call them, or how they'll explain it, but I think they'll show the suits. Maybe pass them off as another Alien Ranger team?

I just had a disturbing thought. Instead of that awesome Japanese Mobirates voice.. I think it's going to be Gosei calling out the previous teams. .... I think I know has a sad ...

They had Red Eagle from Jetman or whatever in the background. Among a few others. After going "SONUVA...!" they laughed and said "Uhh, that was left intentionally for you Sentai fans!"

They should have just made them lose their Megaforce powers and say they can only access them through the keys.

I'm really looking forward to SuperMegaforce. It's not going to be Gokaiger but will have similarities just like Megaforce wasn't Goseiger. It won't be perfect or the best show ever but I'll enjoy it for what it is.
I like Troy. A lot of people say he can't act. He's not supposed to be over the top wildly expressive. He's a cool calm collected martial artist. He's new in town and isn't looking to draw attention. I think after this 1st season he'll be ready for some of that Marvelous swagger after all that has happened this far.
Jake's an athlete but also a goofball so that will show through when fighting in his SuperMegaForce suite.
Noah is calm and calculating and that will translate when he becomes blue.
And in the end if nothing makes sense, who cares. It'll still be a fun ride.
I wonder if they'll do a movie like Samurai did except maybe this time get the past actor and not just a sound a like voice. Gokaiger has some great movies they could use :)

Shame those working on Power Rangers know nothing about it, it's stupid to be quite honest as without the source material and knowledge how are they supposed to make an anniversary show any good.

EHHHHHHHHHHHHH!? When did this happen. I never saw those. if so that's awesome. I still wish if they were to do that we would get all the past sentai suits.

Is super megaforce just plain ignoring the pirate theme all together? Are we just to accept that the upgraded suites, equipment and zords just happen to look piratey... but aren't - thats just the 'super' costume?

It's totally the same team, we just wave a black flag with a (sort of) skull and crossbones for fun!

Only watched the last few eps of Megaforce, but I'm excited for this.

I'll probably catch an episode here or there, just because I love Gokaiger, but I just know the acting, scripting and editing will just make me angry.

Also the communicator beep was wrong right off the bat. That's not a good sign. I do hope the megaforce rangers exert more acting this time. I don't want megaforce red walking around in marvelous's body. The more I see the less I like.

The toys are great though!

Eh, the trailer wasn't wrong. Every ranger from the past 20 years is still going to be in it, just not the actors who played them. Sad, but not wrong.

Trailer itself was pretty generic, but still fun. Good to see clips of Brajira's final push in there from Goseiger.

Brajira better be in this. And he better be awesome. Or such frothing nerdrage... Steel yourself..

I don't understand why they hire such terrible actors. Because they like to avoid the unions? Or hire based on looks? Or because they're such horrid producers.

I think its a combination of all of them, plus they're cheap to hire.

In fairness Disney did the same thing. But, ignoring Operation Overdrive, they knew how to hire actors.
