Since Netflix spans gaming systems, pc's, and tablets, I didn't know where to put what I was watching. So I decided to do this for those of us with the Netflix. Let's see what's on my Recently Watched list.
Animen: The Galactic Battle 007: Skyfall Digimon Burn Notice Marvel Super Heroes: Maximum Overload (Ever noticed Maixmum is always Marvel's goto word?) I'll just list the 5 most recent.
MLP: FIM Bob's Burgers Transformers Prime Batman: The Brave and the Bold Power Rangers (This is just at random. I've been picking random episodes from random seasons to watch *Shrugs*) |

Huh. We have a Netflix thread? I've just been throwing what I'm watching there in the TV or animation threads... Ah well.
So yeah, I definitely have to get myself a Netflix account. I've been borrowing a friend's account all semester and binging a lot on shows lol. Really probably is more worth it than I ever gave it credit for... I just don't feel right continuing to use his after I graduate. So long as I get a job I'll be able to pay for it too. Anywho! Currently three quarters of the way through The Walking Dead season 2. Also about halfway through Always Sunny - always thought nothing of it, but man is that show making me laugh. And can't wait to start watching the end of Clone Wars soon, assuming I take my Xbone home for Spring break (as that's the only place I have the login info saved heh). |
Star wars: The Clone Wars comes out tonight!!!!
|
Now on episode 9 of The Clone Wars season 6. I am loving every minute of this season, even the Jar Jar stuff haha. I'm so glad they managed to get these episodes out.
|
I've been watching Scooby Doo Mystery Inc. A friend of mine told me it's really good and holy crap he wasn't lying. This show is fantastic!
|
Watching Bones.. well I was. Until Season 5 turned into a constant ad for Toyota. "What was that?" "The Prius helps you back into your lane if you drift!" - "You own a Minivan?" "The Sienna has all the cargoroom I need!" ... Yea. "All I had to do was say where to go and it automatically tells me where." "Nice feature!" .......... But then I saw new episodes of Archer so hotdamn!

Miami Connection... Wow, this movie. It's bad, but bad in a Mystery Science Theater 3000 comedy gold kind of way. I recommend it if anyone is looking for something silly to watch.
Here's' the story... The year is 1987. Motorcycle ninjas tighten their grip on Florida's narcotics trade, viciously annihilating anyone who dares move in on their turf. Multi-national martial arts rock band Dragon Sound have had enough, and embark on a roundhouse wreck-wave of crime-crushing justice. When not chasing beach bunnies or performing their hit song "Against the Ninja," Mark (kung-fu master/inspirational speaker Y.K. Kim) and the boys are kicking and chopping at the drug world's smelliest underbelly. It'll take every ounce of their blood and courage, but Dragon Sound can't stop until they've completely destroyed the dealers, the drunk bikers, the kill-crazy ninjas, the middle-aged thugs, the "stupid cocaine"...and the entire MIAMI CONNECTION!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VpZu69OB2KM Plus, anyone who has played FarCry 3: Blood Dragon, the ending theme from that comes from this movie. O_o As soon as I heard it, I was all like... 'Wait, that was an actual song from a movie!?' |
Finished The Clone Wars. While much of it was a good note to end the show on and I generally liked it... The way they mangled Darth Bane in the finale does irk me considerably. Especially since he was apparently meant to show up earlier in the series and actually look like he canonically did, unlike what happened here. As my favorite Sith, I was quite disappointed.
I think the only thing more I could have asked out of this final "season" was, strangely enough, Ahsoka. I feel that if given a proper season's run, she would have reappeared and we would have seen some resolution, but I understand why that didn't happen. Maybe she'll show up in Rebels? Who knows. |
Wow Clone wars is getting crazy.

I will admit though, if they did do Order 66 in the show they would have my complete and total respect. :D |
Iron Man: Rise of the Technovore.
I loved the anime style and writing, and the suits of IM and War Machine both looked excellent. The voice acting was spot on for me. I didn't quite like Punisher, but I like a more hard boiled Frank Castle. The story was hard to follow though at times and a bit confusing. But the ending worked for me. Something about it though reminded me of Akira for some reason. The movie not the manga. |

Then again, when someone told me about IM3, they were like "War Machine matters" when he did fuck all for the 3rd movie in a row... |
I watch Cheers every now and then
edit: and I just realized that this is probably about what you're actually watching, not something you watch lately |
at the moment, Law & Order.
why the hell are there only eight seasons available??!? Barely any of the good stuff too. I need more Lennie Briscoe dammit! |
Checked out "Green Lantern: The Animated Series" when it got added to the lineup.
Overall, pretty good. Suffers a bit from the CGI budget (limited characters, recycled backgrounds, etc.) but the cast & crew is great and the stories are overall pretty faithful to the mythos. Bit disappointed they managed to include everyone on the emotional color spectrum except Indigo. |

I found it a bit stunning that Josh Keaton (see, I remembered) voiced Hal Jordan in the series. I did not realize that the first time that I watched it.

I just Wiki'd him. He played Valto in Winx Club.
