the live stream happens around 5:30 EST in Japan. And we like to have these discussion threads ready to go for Saturday our time since that's when the shows air for us technically.

I used to post them around the time their air or at least 30 minutes later on Saturday :lol. But since everybody loves Gaim, y'all been handling them before me :lol

Actually, I'll update the first post to include the live stream link as well for anyone who'd like to join me tomorrow :D

That was a pretty good episode. Can't wait for the subs.

So who will become knuckle?

Oh that's pretty obvious. We see him in the henshin pose in the preview for next week. It was almost assured to be Baron's right hand goon, and that's exactly who is in the preview with the Walnut Lock for next week. That's who everyone speculated since Kaitou stole the extra driver two weeks ago.

As for the episode. DEM FIGHTS. I'll wait til subs to spoil them but good god they glorious this week.

Thanks, I wasn't paying complete attention so all I saw was knuckle going in to fight.

Wonder how Marika flirted with Ryugen.

When did she flirt? Never saw any flirting in the RAW I watched. Did I miss something?

It was just a comment of his, I didn't see any flirting either.

Hoo boy. Subs always add so much to an episode you can truly enjoy raw.

This was yet another piece of the puzzle falling into place. It's seems Ryouma has some plans of his own but has no problem working Micchy in for his benefit, and leading Takatora on in the process. It would also seem, that as many of us have said the entire time, Micchy is a damn evil genius. He will continue to manipulate events to his liking for as long as possible.

The other half of this episode, the fights, brilliant this week. Gaim versus Bravo was pretty great. Seeing Kouta finally stomp Oren was fantastic. But that brief chase and exchange between he and Marika was brilliant stunt work. It's no wonder she's the civilian and suit actor for marika, Minami Tsukui is truly fantastic at stunts.

But that "special" lock Jonouchi had, oh man i lost it :lol

Well, we didn't find out what Micchy saw in Helheim, and I get the feeling we won't for a while.

The fights are getting better and I find watching Marika fight as pretty awesome, especially since the suit and live actor is the same. Also, am I the only one who feels unnerved by the smile Marika had when transforming?

Oren is still pretty good comedy relief and Jonouichi is just furthering his status as the show's Butt Monkey.

Next week is Knuckle...man, that's like the 11th rider right now if you include both Zangetsus.

The Marika VS Lemon Arms Fight has to be some of the best Gaim has done yet.

And geezes do I feel bad for Jonouichi. Poor guy can never catch a break:lol

I absolutely loved this episode, I love Micchy so much in this episode, I honestly think he just wants to be with Team Gaim, but knows a lot more with Yggdrasil. It's just so wonderful in this episode and I like Bravo even more with this episode with what he did with Gridon.

Guys...I think...I have a crush of Minato...:o

I'm so disappointed.

My lord, Micchy... How duplicitous can one man get?

Man, this was a really mature, intelligent episode that really made it stand apart from its peers. I may not be one hundred percent sold on this show - God this should be my catchphrase - like so many others, but when Gaim does something right it really does it RIGHT.

People have got heads screwed onto their shoulders, everyone has personal goals and motivations and everyone is willing to step on someone else to get what they want. Even if they don't know it yet. It makes for a better realised set of heroes, and villains. And if nothing else, Kamen Rider is in dire need of some solid memorable villains.

No character ever feels like they do something out of turn, they establish the characters in detail and then leave them on screen enough so every action feels justified with the audience. Every twist, every micro-action, it all just makes sense.

The only real downside, as I've found in a lot of the episodes, was that the action was a real mixed bag. I totally get that Marika wasn't even trying because of the wider goal of the whole plan, but there is no excuse for how much more exciting the out of suit fighting is in this show. The little fight with Bravo was fun though.

Micchy what the heck is with the Christmas sweater? :lol

Another awesomely great episode that was really mature. Alfonse was as hilariously awesome as ever. And like many others, I'm in love with Minato. I loved her before due to her other toku role, and now I love her even more. That fight between Kouta and Minato was just plain awesome.

The plot thickens. Is all I'm saying, the plot thickens. And enjoying every minute of the thickening thick plot of thicky.

This plot is as thick as a milkshake.

Fun though, Ain't it? :lol
