June Releases: SHF Chalice Ultra-Act Ginga
 

I quickly need money I don't have. I must have Chalice! He is one of my favorite characters, and Rider designs.

I'd love to get Chalice. Amazing design, but if pre-orders go up at the same time as Zangetsu, this guy will have to wait. Unless of course I'm not able to get either of them. In which case I'll get both from a different store.

I;m beyond excited for Chalice and Ginga is icing on the cake. Very happy.

I never finished it but this will be my first Ultra Act figure I get.

The show was not great unfortunately. A collection of decent ideas muddled up with poor pacing and a really weird airing schedule. For a 50th anniversary project it could have been so much better. But it had it's moments and Ginga's design is solid. The figure looks to be really nice.

I stopped once the show went on hiatus and started to air a bunch of clip shows but never bothered to get back on. It was my first Ultra so I enjoyed it for what it was.

So he comes out in June in Japan, so July by Bluefin, that is amazing!!!!

Zangetsu is that month too isn't he? Him and Ginga are must haves for me, and if I can swing the cash I'll take Chalice as well. Great month for Figuarts!

I'm totally interested in Ultra-Act Ginga. You reckon he comes with swappable glowy crystal bits to do all of his attacks?

Oh man, Ultraman Ginga looks fantastic. I love how they did the crystal pieces in that light translucent blue. I am very tempted, even though I really don't have the money to spend on him right now. But man, that figure looks amazing!

Why? Why does it have to be a web exclusive? That means Bluefin cannot release it. CRAP!!!

Way to rain on my parade. Why did they just not pack the two together like they did with Garren?

Last night ended with excitement and today starts off in sadness.

Honestly I think it's because too many people complained about "not wanting a bike" when they bought the rider. I think it'd be better if they always pack the two together. But people start losing their shit because they think they're getting overcharged.

As for it being exclusive? Well Chalice while important isn't even the secondary rider of Blade, so the chances of Shadow Chaser (or even Wild Chalice) being retail were slim.

I'd say they should make it a case by case basis. The Blade Riders used the bikes a lot so them coming with their bikes makes sense. But a Rider like say Kiva who barely used his bike should be seperate IMO.

Might not even get Chalice even though he was my favorite of Blade, but I dont think I will even try to get the bike.

Shoot. Well, gonna put this on my "eventual will-get list".

I'm gonna get Chalice first then at some point *if the price is decent* get Shadow Chaser, that's if I don't make more plans to purchase anymore British Model Railway items for a while.

Hell. Yes. I was literally just wondering what happened to Chalice, and then this. I'm beyond pleased that he isn't packed with his bike (I'd rather not pay $90+ for a figure I like and a bike I'd never waste display space on), and him being a retail release is just icing on the cake.

The problem is that his bike is a web exclusive. I'm already able to tell that: Green Clover Bike, Blade Jack Form & Wild Chalice *like Garren Jack Form will be & Blade King Form was* are gonna be exclusives whilst Leangle is standard. I'm praying that Tamashii Nations has the courtesy to make: Garren King Form, Leangle Jack Form, & Leangle King Form.

Yay Chalice! I was a little worried he'd end up web exclusive but looks like only his bike did (so was the Garren experiment a failure?). Will be grabbing Chalice but skipping his bike since I don't really need it.

I think we'll see Blade Jack Form at retail, otherwise we'd have probably seen it today instead of Garren Jack Form as web exclusive.

I know. I still don't plan to get the upgrade forms until after I've gotten the base forms & bikes aswell as Wild Chalice being announced *that'll be more than likely be exclusive like Green Clover & Shadow Chaser*

We've been over this, some of us genuinely can't afford it...

On that topic did Toei even confirm who was Blade's secondary rider? Garren was the first rider shown, but Chalice was far more relevant in the plot.

I think what they could do is release a rider by himself and a rider packed with his bike in retail and then do the bike individually as a web exclusive a few months later for those who decided after getting the figure that they want the bike after all.

I would love to get my hands on this. I really like Ginga's design.

I understand the whole "Kamen Walker" thing but for all intends and purposes bikes are just too pricy for what's essentially a big add on set to a figure that's already sold separately.

With the exception of Autovaijin, bikes really do nothing on their own, so it's kind of hard to justify them when they cost MUCH more than a standalone figure.
