Megawinter?

Mega winger? So we are gettin an In Space and Ninja Storm in one power up? Well alright. Wonder if we'll get both Andros and Shane's keys.

The paragraph says MegaWinger, and the bottom says Megawinter. One of them has to be a typo.

We've seen that giant shuriken on Q-Rex's back, right where the Mega Winger upgrade went in that one episode of Gokaiger. BoA is now trying to pass off a shuriken as a wing. Ugh, way to drop the ball again BoA.

At least they are trying, do you see any other way they would release it? I do not see them releasin just a wing piece and a key?

See the Zeo Tank? It's the SPD car tools with different parts. Take this Ninja zord tools and change it to be the Mega Winger in Megazord mode (which is just the thing standing up anyways). Because of the way the giant shuriken is, it easily could be replaced with the Mega Winger's wings to change the silhouette to work. And Ta-da! BoA has a new zord to sell and we get an In Space zord that actually appears in the show.

That actually works. Crap, now I wish they would have done that! :lol

While this image looks better than the ToyFair reveal and it does suggest that BOA is paying attention to Gokaiger (unlike Saban's people), it still makes one wonder. Is the in-show version going to be simply "Ninja Zord"? Will the distinction to Ninja Storm as oppossed to MMPR Season 3 be made here? Will he operate under the "Minizord" name like it did in N.S. (which might not work as well here)? Personally, I would have called him "Wind Warrior", a new version of the Minizord. And just for kicks, if he was available, they should have gotten the original Minizord voice actor. Maybe they have, but don't hold your breath on that account.

Huh. It does look a little better with the arms and head actually pulled out.

And while the prospect of a Megawinger tribute Zord is awesome, I just really, really cannot see how little Furaimaru here could possibly pass as one. Because the implication here is not that they're separate releases like the SPD and Zeo Zords, but rather this transforms. And I can't imagine that looking any good...

Still looks pretty poor to me. It has handles on the thighs, so that the megazord can hold his legs? Pretty far cry from the actual spring loaded shurikens of the real deal.

And if "Megawinger" simply refers to a giant shuriken on the Q-Rex's back that'll be disappointing too. Again it won't look anything like what's in the footage, It'll be pretty far removed from the footage of Gozyujin using the Megaranger power. And seeing as this is a Ninja Storm version of a Hurricanger tribute toy, why include an In Space homage in it too?

Too bad the Kmart near me is closing.

Now knowing that has TWO keys and the alternate mode, i now want to get it, which i originally didn't.

/\What he said. Usually when they show stock photos of one of the Zord Builder figures they always show it combined with the main Megazord.

I think when they say Megawinger,it's not what actual fans are thinking of.Honestly when I see the shuriken on the back and and how green the Ninjazord is,maybe BoA is trying to pass this off as Cam's Samurai Star Chopper/Megazord.

If so,it's better then a bunch of ninja stars sticking off it's arms.Yeah it's not what Gokaiger had,but Gokaiger never had the Zeo Racer either and it turned out to be one of the better ones of the first series of aux zords.

Oh god that thing looks like a joke. Wonder what the combine formed will look like (obviously not screen accurate but stilll curious)

How come we don't get the Japanese Super Sentai molds in the USA naymore?

A) Bandai Of America is quite cheap.

B) They assume that the toys will be more for kids than anyone. So they think knocking off the real deals with scaled down, inaccurate, non-functional, pieces of junk, appeals more to their target audience.

Kids these days are so full of greed. What kid is going to realize that NONe of these things are accurate to any of the shows? American children need to start watching the Sentai counterparts.

I'm confused by the last sentence. If they don't notice the inaccuracy in Power Rangers, then why would they notice the inaccuracy in Sentai, which uses the exact same footage of the robots?

I do however agree that this thing does not look good. A little better then first pics, but still typical BOA trash.

This is why BOA Inc. needs to STOP being cheap like Mr. Krabs these days.

I'm so sick and tired of all of this ZordBuilder nonsense. It doesn't make any sense.

Y'know, the Japanese Furaimaru is also a piece of crap, and DX Hurricane Gokaioh is possibly the least show accurate Japanese DX robot ever, so if BoA can at least make the combination look better, I'd be satisfied.

But they can't It doesn't have the compartments on the Legendary Megazord. By default it will already look worse.

I'd take ZordBuilder stuff over the Japanese mold anyday. I don't want to spend 25-30 dollars on a small aux zord or 60+ on a Megazord. Parents wouldn't but their kids this stuff with those prices.
