How would YOU have done Power Rangers (Super) Megaforce?
It's become clear to me that quite a few of us weren't very happy with Megaforce last year, and some of us have come to the conclusion that Super Megaforce feels more like an insult to Power Rangers fans in general, both old and new. Despite being billed as "the most expensive season" and "the big anniversary season that's meant to be a tribute to the series itself", so far in the season we haven't seen much of the "biggest budget for a Power Rangers season" being used in effect. Right now, the way I see it, most of that budget will probably go into "Legendary Battle", the last episode for Super Megaforce.
The reason I make this thread is because I want to know how YOU would have done differently with Megaforce altogether. Let's say you're in charge of this 20th anniversary season, and you're in total control over the project, NOT Saban and Nickelodeon. What would you have done differently for Megaforce/Super Megaforce? Would you keep it like it is now, but change a few things around? Would you make your own story? Would you fully adapt Goseiger and skip Gokaiger altogether, or vice versa? Or would you simply just change the title because "Megaforce" just sounds too generic? I know it's a little early to make this thread, since Super Megaforce is only a few episodes in, but I'm just curious. |
Exactly like it is now. For all it's flaws I'm still enjoying the season. I'd just change how it ends.
By having Tommy find a Gold Beast Prism and becoming Dino Charge Gold :D |
Probably wouldn't have been the most practical of seasons, but who cares. In my mind I have an endless budget!
I would have done the whole of Megaforce/Super Megaforce using the Gokaiger suits, with the Goseiger suits being a team devised by the Zangyack/Armada to battle them. The ornate appearance of the Goseiger suits lend themselves well to being royal knights or something of the sort. Ideally I'd like a good portion of the show to feature the Gokai suits without the transformation powers as well, but this would be difficult to achieve without shed loads of new footage. I just really like the Gokai suits and wish they had an opportunity to stand on their own merits more. I quite like the idea of Vrak being Vekar's brother, so I'd have probably kept that in but changed things up a bit. Like drop the Yuuma/mutants because they just didn't fit. The Gosei suits would be brainwashed/manipulated into thinking that they were the heroes, only for them to eventually see the error of their ways and team up with Megaforce rangers against the "great evils of the universe". And by this I mean, using the 199 movie footage. The "Goseigers" would then give up their powers to the Megaforce rangers, along with the previous rangers who returned to fight the great evils. The story arc would end with the old rangers losing their powers for some contrived reason, with the only way to save them having them be placed in ranger keys for the time being. These would be issued to the Megaforce rangers, and then be used to unlock greater powers as the Armada realise Earth isn't the pushover they thought. They'd originally have just sent Vrak and the Warstar aliens as a scout party (who create the "Goseigers"), and following this just say "screw it" and send the whole damn Armada. The original rangers would regain their powers at the end of the show as the Megaforce rangers face defeat, resulting in a final battle against the full force of the invasion. During this time the "Goseigers" would also return to finish Vrak once and for all. Its fan-ficcy and completely overblown for a Power Rangers series, but I don't care. If I had the money that's what I'd do. |
I think Goseiger could have made a great anniversary season, it has lots of callbacks through the franchise, lots of "back to basic elements" but it also had a great gimmick set - the cards and the headders - and the general design of the suits gave this regal anniversary feel. Best of all though is Goseiger had a boatload of villains and INCREDIBLE action, so there is lots of easily usable footage.
In terms of plot? Kickback's Dino Charge idea of descendants would have worked pretty great, I think given the designs of the suits and stuff. Tying the villains back to the original villains the Rangers who are descended from to as well for world buildings sake would be pretty fun. Then the Super Mode could be the result of the powers of the past, and the Ranger of the present unifying. Then at the end when Brajira comes back, the Megaforce Rangers stand side by side with whoever they are descended from for one final Mega Battle. |
I know I would definitely make it so the Super Megaforce peeps were different Rangers entirely, or if they had to be the same, show something happening to the Megaforce powers that necessitated a change in powers. I think having Super Megaforce powers tacked on feels really off.

Make Super Megaforce/Gokaiger it's own show. That is all.

Megaforce Xtreme
Lengthy comment follows. Saban Brands would be wise to listen to these.
-Start Megaforce. Tweak the episodes as is. -Cut out Dizchord altogether and replace it with a Creepox/Vrak focus. -Take the "Ultra Change Zord" (or Hyper Change Headder from Goseiger) and make it into an automated CGI motorcycle: the Shock Cycle (notice the parallels to Shark Cycle). -Either edit the Goseiger Cards or keep the names the same. -Summon the various Brother zords with new CGI footage -Tensou is the new Datas and we get a toyline figure where he combines with Gosei Great. CGI and dialogue explanations can cover the in-show combinations. -Rename the Ultra Gosei Great Megazord into the Gosei Great Ultrazord. -Have the Toxic Beasts' backstory expanded. Theory: Vrak experiments with new creatures and Malkor and the others invade Earth. The Toxic Beasts escape the Aurora Box and rebel, surviving due to Earth's pollution. WarStar is driven from Earth by the Space Rangers (with new and digitally remastered footage). Reasoning: Remember when Kendrix "died", Andros and the others left in their morphed state with vague comments on how they were needed on Earth. This is what they did afterwards. -The Zord Heads (or Goseiger Headders) are "Zord Cores", the heart/soul of a Zord. The Five Primary Zord Heads (and Robo Knight) were originally full-bodied zords lost in a great battle. Gosei took the Command Ship and the cores and had them repaired to interact as they do now. -The "Ultra Zords" and "Ultra Mode" are weak designations. These are the MegaGold Brothers which bestow MegaGold Armor. -The name "Distractor" is also sad. -The "Ultra Mode" episode used Hisser, PsychoTick, and various unused Goseiger monsters. Replace what we have not seen with Beezara, Dragonflay, and Creepox. -Add a new character that replaces the bullys we saw earlier. In theory, call her Alice. She is a recurring character who is constantly manipulated by Vrak. -Cut out Dreamsnatcher. Use this for the episode when Vrak's Goseiger counterpart was seemingly destroyed. -The Underwater lab is Gosei's Zord Modification Facility. It is hacked into and abused by Vrak. Metal Alice is used instead of the human character. -The Messenger is the same character who told Divatox that Zordon had fallen. His robot body also has the same quick-change weakness as Cyclopsis, the War Zord used by Goldar. -The Gosei Jet debuts not in the series, but in a TV Movie akin to "Clash". The "Epic on the Movie" characters appear as does Alpha. The Megaforce Rangers briefly use the Mighty Morphin' Power Weapons and Power Blaster. -The Halloween episode uses the unused Mummy Monster from Goseiger. -Robo Knight's backstory: Notice how in Goseiger and Megaforce, we see the Lion encased within ice. Robo Knight is the new body for the Lion Zord Core, but he malfunctioned. The unused ice monster from Goseiger got the drop on him and sealed him away. This monster was destroyed by the Alien Rangers and the Shogun Megazord (again new and digitally remastered footage). Reasoning: The Shogun and Gosei Great both have fire slash finishers. The footage should match just well enough to be passable. Whoa, long comment I know. Super Megaforce will follow in a seperate posting. |
^^^^^^^^That. All of that.

Also deleting this comment. I didn't make my point clear and rather than get a thread heated up again, I'll drop it. Nothing to see here, move along.

Megaforce Xtreme Pt. 2
Another lengthy comment follows. Remember, just wishful thinking.
-The name "Super Megaforce" just doesn't seem original. "Megaforce Xtreme" fits a smidge better. Reasoning: Notice how the Gokaiger insignia is a Ranger Key and two crossed sabers. Kinda like an "M" and an "X". -The new Ranger forms are Gosei's original team. They defended Eltar, but betrayed their mentor and destroyed their zords, leaving only the cores of the zords. Remorseful, they allowed Gosei to escape and struck out on their own. He summons them to Earth to fight the Armada. -The Megaforce Team is without Troy or Gosei in the beginning. -Headridge out. Tentacus remains. Capture Burly and Ernie with tentacles to tie-in with the name. -The Ranger Keys have a backstory: Gosei knew the Armada would be difficult to defeat, but a mysterious energy surge damages the Universal Morphing Grid, leaving many Rangers across time and space without the ability to morph. Gosei is unaffected as his powers were dormant during this. The keys are a contingency plan meant originally for his original team. -The new (old) team arrives and Ranger Changes only once. -Replace GoseiRed/Overdrive Red with Ninja Storm Red. -Tentacus does not grow. Use space battle from Gokaiger 1. -GokaiGalleon is now the Crimson Galleon. The vehicles are MechaMobiles. -The Legendary Megazord (sad naming) is the MobileMax Megazord. -This team is mind-controlled by the Armada. 199 Hero Special footage follows. Troy returns. Gosei Great and MobileMax battle. The Triple-Head Horse Monster used by Brajira from Goseiger appears and is destroyed (the horse motif matches the Armada command ship and Seaick Gosei Great is used during that battle and when fighting Gokaioh). -New footage of the Xtreme Team fighting Megaforce. Armada intervenes. -Xtreme Team captured. Powers remain. -Megaforce morphs into Megaforce Xtreme. -Gokaiger 1 ground battle against grunts follows. Bruisers grow. Gokaioh using Goseiger Headders used here to tie the two series together. -Cybax is a criminal from the future. Kat Ranger makes a new footage cameo appearance. This proves some Rangers maintained their powers. -Cybax escapes to the past and alies himself with the Armada. -New footage of Aurora Box capturing the Ultra Zords (or MegaGold Brothers). -Cybax defeated by Megaforce using S.P.D. Legacy Powers. -New footage of Cybax surviving only to be captured by time-traveling Shadow Ranger. -Unused Gokaiger Monster which acted as MagiRanger tribute episode is used. -White Mystic Ranger appears in new footage cameo. -Wolf Warrior appears in new footage cameo. Attacks Skatana briefly. -Megaforce Blue Key makes little sense. Mystic Force Tribute with new footage. -Noah as Blue Mystic Ranger uses human-sized Titan Megazord Saber in new footage. -Gosei was injured during initial Armada assault. Leaves in Command Ship. -Dimitria is new mentor to the Megaforce. -The future Silver Ranger's power-up is also called MegaGold (refer to prior posting). -The Dairangers are cut anytime Dairangers appear. Saved for a TV movie which reveals them to be the Ultraforce. They are the ones behind the Thunderzords and even assisted the Magna Defender. -Gozyujin is renamed not the Q-Rex, but the Rescue Rex. Notice how I mostly commented on elements that have appeared so far. It seemed slightly better that way. I apologize for the length, but I just wanted to put my two-cents worth in. Hope you like some of the ideas. Sadly, that is all they are. |
My thinking was that Saban should take cues from some of this. Learn from their mistakes. But more importantly, they should take the time to view ALL of the comments posted, not just mine. I like my ideas, yes, but someone else may have a better one or could tighten mine where and when needed. Also, I have a Super Megaforce posting that comments mostly on what should have been done and a few regarding what has not appeared in-show as of yet.

Have an episode where the 5 rangers use Tommy's suits.
Use Ninja storm team up with cameo's of the ninja rangers. Seriously this one burned me since Ninja storm is a season i hold dear. Have Doggie actually show up. |
Well.
I'd have done it well. |
Bring in Decade so that he will destroy and reformat Super Megaforce as Legendary or whatever.

They should have had a tribute episode to VR Troopers, Beetleborgs, Knights of Tir Na Nog and yes...Masked Rider.

In honesty VR Troopers has held up even better than MMPR just because splicing together like fifteen shows at once creates a hilarious mess of awesome. Beetleborgs and Tir Na Nog have not been treated so kindly by time... I am actually contemplating rewatching Masked Ri-duuuur just to see if it's really horrible as people say. |

And Goseiger turned out to be my new favourite sentai so... Yes, yes maybe I will watch Masked Rider! |
The way I could of done Super Megaforce is that Gosei would tell them that an evil armada that even their Megaforce Powers can't kill. So when Gosei asked them to give up their morphers he basically evolved them from the Gosei Morpher to the Legendary Morpher. He would tell them "With these new powers you could change into past Power Rangers". Gosei would ACTUALLY explain why Jake has the Green key instead of black. He would be like "In certain teams they're a Black Ranger and Green Ranger". Also, when they get a Grand Power, I would make a ranger focused season. Like the SPD Delta Runner in episode 2. I would make it a Troy focused season since most of episode 2 was focused on Troy honestly. That's all I got so far. I know this is mediorce and silly but hey I tried right?
|
I would've had some build up to the Super Mega Mode in Megaforce. Say each of the five rangers gets a focus episode in which they find one of the Ranger Keys to unlock their new powers for the second season only they can't use them. Then in Super Megaforce, it's revealed that Tensou had been working on harnessing the power contained with the five keys that the rangers had found and gives the team their Legendary Morphers upon Gosei's instruction proclaiming that they have earned the power of the legendary keys they discovered/unlocked in battle.

First, change the Megaforce plot.
Instead of evil space aliens bent on conquering our world so the insects could take over ... it would be an expedition force of the Armada sent to Earth to determine if an artifact they've been searching for truly is on the planet as it is rumored to be. Robo Knight would remain as a defender of the Earth, but he would have been created by Zordon and Alpha 5 to stand as the "last defense" should all else fail. The questions would arise from the Megaforce Rangers why he's awakened, as there are still Power Rangers, what reasoning could he have been activated for? Gosei would have been Zordon's student, kind of like how he is portrayed now, but with more back story - he would have been from the planet Eltar just like Zordon, and would send the Rangers off on various missions to search for things that will "help them later". Turns out the artifact that Vrak and his crew are looking for is none other than a vial of pure energy - and in the finale of Megaforce, it would be revealed to be the last remaining energy from Zordon and his energy tube. The Megaforce Rangers get the snot kicked out of them by Vrak and Metal Alice, and their powers are destroyed. They retreat with Robo Knight, who then reveals why he awoke in the first place - he contains the vial of Zordon's energy inside of him. The Rangers take the vial as Robo Knight fades away in to dust, his final mission complete. Gosei explains to the Rangers that Zordon knew this day would eventually come - when a force of evil so great that a single team of Power Rangers would not be enough. He invokes them to take the vial and pour the remnants on to their damaged Gosei morphers. They do, and the morphers morph (haha) in to the Legendary Morphers, and with them, a Ranger Key. Gosei explains that these are the Super Megaforce powers, created and fueled by Zordon's remaining energy. Because they are not part of the morphing grid, they can tap in to the morphing grid and use the power of any previous Power Ranger. They must simply flip their belt buckle to reveal a Ranger Key, a physical representation of the morphing grid, and they will be able to access it with their morpher. Gosei warns them - these powers are not infinite. They will eventually run out. The Power Rangers must defeat Vekar and the Armada before this happens, and every time they use these powers, they grow closer to draining them of their energy entirely. Super Megaforce begins. Gosei explains that not all of the previous zords of the former Power Rangers were destroyed or lost - many still exist. They must find the keepers of these zords and use the respected Ranger Keys to unlock the power (catch phrase!). They end up in a city surrounded by a forest. The X-Borgs have invaded, but there is one individual fighting. It's Nick, the former Red Mystic Force Power Ranger! Troy and the others help Nick fend off the X-Borgs, and insist that Nick must help them. Nick refuses - he'd rather do it alone, its easier this way. Plus he doesn't know them - how can he trust them? Nick eventually relents after seeing the Super Megaforce Power Rangers fight off the X-Borgs and use the Mystic Force powers. The Mystic Dragon Zord is now theirs! A portal from the future opens and a humanoid dog appears. It's Krueger, the commander of the SPD Power Rangers from the future. He is immediately teleported to the command center where he informs Gosei that the future is changing - something has happened in the past to change the future. Krueger wants to investigate on his own, but Gosei refuses - he sends the Power Rangers out instead. Krueger comes to the conclusion that the Super Megaforce Power Rangers are too wild and are abusing their powers, and refuses to help them. It's not until Krueger receives a transmission from Kat Mynx in the future, saying her records show that the Delta Striker zord was never sent back in time like it was supposed to have been. Krueger discovers that the same wormhole that got him here is now being forcefully opened by the Armada in an attempt to invade the future. He morphs in to the Shadow Ranger and fights off the X-Borgs, and realizes that even the future must help if they wish to save all of reality, and the Delta Striker is given to the Power Rangers. Orion, the Silver Ranger, would appear on Earth. He is actually from Eltar, and possesses the same powers that the Super Megaforce Rangers use to morph in to Legendary Rangers. He is able to morph in to any of the "extra" or "6th" Rangers, and he explains that a majority of those powers were created to tap in to the morphing grid, but are not part of the morphing grid themselves. Thus, his special Silver Morpher is able to extract those powers similar to the others. He is also able to recharge their Legendary Morphers, but where as the Rangers are using Zordon's remaining essence, Orion is using his own life force, and over time, he will cease to exist if he continues. Orion would also explain that Eltar has been conquered and destroyed by the true leader of the Armada - Vekar and Vrak's father, Venjix (YES THAT'S RIGHT BITCHES ANOTHER VENJIX). And that Venjix is on his way to Earth with his top generals. Vekar is defeated, as is Vrak, and the Rangers await the arrival of Venjix. The final battle is upon them - and the Power Rangers use up their remaining Legendary powers. They power down, unable to morph as Venjix stands before them. Orion notices that the keys are still present, even though the morphers are not. He tells the others to release all the keys to the ground, and the Rangers do so. He explains that the keys are keys to the morphing grid - if the powers were gone, the keys would be gone as well - but they're not, so the powers are still there, there's just no one to use them. But he smiles and says he knows a few who can - and uses his own powers to activate the keys, sending them off as beams of light. In that moment, the rangers are turned back to their Megaforce suits, and begin the fight anew with Venjix. He is still too strong for them - and then they appear. One by one, then team by team, until ALL the Power Rangers stand beside them. Venjix calls forth all his remaining X-Borgs, and the Legendary War begins. Orion uses the last of his strength with the Megaforce Rangers, and they are joined by a select few previous Rangers (the cameos). Venjix is destroyed, and the Rangers remove their helmets as Orion collapses. He explains he is grateful that he was able to save this world, and hopes that Zordon would be proud of him. Tommy informs Orion that Zordon is more than any physical representation - anyone who believes in the power, that the power will protect them and those around them - has the essence of Zordon in their heart. With that, the Rangers hold out their hands revealing their own Ranger Keys, and they concentrate on them. Beams of energy shoot from the key to Orion and restore him. The Armada is defeated. All the Power Rangers have their powers back. Orion thanks everyone and is appreciative of the new friends he's made - but he must return to Eltar, as he has a world and a civilization to rebuild. But deep in space, an evil shadow lurks. "I don't believe it," the voice sneers. "After thousands of years of searching, the Dino Prisms have reactivated." The shadowed figure turns towards an engraving on a stone. The camera pans closer to see a Z etched in to the stone. "Soon my master, you will be reborn, and the universe will tremble at your feet once more...." COMING SOON - POWER RANGERS DINO CHARGE |

The biggest flaw that Super Megaforce has is that it makes Megaforce entirely pointless. There is literally no connection between Megaforce and Super Megaforce except for the final three episodes where the Armada is mentioned. The fleet by Malkor was written s something entirely different in the beginning than what they turned it in to. Vrak's existence was also pointless until the end of Megaforce, when he's suddenly revealed to be just the beginning of something more. There was no build up to it, just BAM there it is.
Megaforce would have been so much better if it had been treated as it actually is - nothing more than a build-up and lead-in to a true anniversary season that is Super Megaforce. Now Super Megaforce is failing in so many ways because the creators choose to ignore the 20 years of history that came right before it. They created en elaborate universe, with everything set up to create an awesome anniversary, but choose to forcefully ignore everything that came before it in the worst possible way, only acknowledging the past when they have to because Sentai footage demands it. With my version of Megaforce, they still get away with ignoring the 19 years before it until the very end, when the importance of Zordon finally comes to revelation. The idea is that the Megaforce Power Rangers are the *LAST* Power Rangers, and when they fail, Zordon's final plan is Super Megaforce, which are connected directly to his remaining energy. Creating a "vial of his energy" plot creates an actual reason for the powers to exist, as opposed to the "OH HERE YOU GO" plot we got from the actual premiere. Making the powers finite also gives the viewer a sense that these powers are not, and were never intended to last forever. They are truly the ultimate power up. Explaining what the Ranger Keys are gives both depth to the power they're using as well as making the toys even cooler sounding than they really are (because they're not that great). Orion also being "finite" and "from another planet" removes the future plothole of "Why not just call Orion?" in future seasons. It also creates a better back story for the 6th Rangers and "Special" Rangers. Having all the Power Rangers of the past keep their powers finally closes the door on the "What happened to?" question. It also allows the door to remain open for future cameos without having to create an explanation. I would like to write a reason for them not to use their powers anymore, possibly making the past powers finite as well ("our powers are now drawn from our own essence, meaning the more we morph, the weaker we become, thus we can only use our powers as a last resort. The days of Power Rangers saving the world may be at an end, but does the world need Power Rangers now that we've defeated the greatest evil in existence?") The little bit at the end revives the old thing Power Rangers used to do in previewing the next season at the end of the current season. With Dino Charge being another dinosaur team, and the fact there's delicious MMPR/Dino Thunder footage in a crossover movie, it only makes sense to connect it to Mighty Morphin. Plus, having Zordon's power wash over the planet Earth thanks to Orion and the old Power Rangers, allows for an easy explanation to the creation of the Dino Prisms and the eventual Dino Charge powers. So rather than create yet another new villain to conquer the Earth, why not have a new villain have the goal to bring back the greatest villain in the franchise? Instead of "DEBOSS" or whatever he's called, make it Lord Zedd, and tie it in to the beginning of the franchise and finally, FINALLY, use Dino Charge to end the homages to Mighty Morphin as ToQGer has absolutely nothing in it thus far that can be linked to previous Power Rangers series, allowing for a complete and total reboot. |
I wrote out my idea for a DINO CHARGE story. Sentai Tamashii demanded I post it. If you watch Kyoryuger, and were a fan of MMPR through Zeo, you will probably see how easily Kyoryuger is to adapt in to an almost MMPR continuation.

I dunno, I think having Dino Charge connected to MMPR would be nothing but a bad thing. Yes, they're both dinosaurs and yes there's a Zyu/Aba/Kyo crossover movie (assuming they get the footage for it) but really that's all there is. MMPR has been getting constant, constant attention for far too long and its really time for Saban to take a step back and go back to when they weren't obsessed with MMPR. All the best seasons have ignored MMPR or only had very minor allusions to it, such as Time Force and RPM.
I will be really annoyed if after the "spiritual successor" or whatever you want to call it of MMPR that Megaforce is is then followed by a continuation of MMPR. Enough is enough, really. Let the series stand on its own now, it had been for a long time before Saban came back into the picture. I found the "Tommy is the greatest Ranger evah just coz we say so" BS in Dino Thunder annoying enough, I do not need a whole season where the entire cast gives constant connections to MMPR. I think having Dino Charge stand on its on with no pandering to adult fans will make it a far, far more enjoyable series. The less MMPR the better. |

^ Agreed.
Megaforce has been a double wammy of fail. First is the oversaturation of MMPR in the "celebration of twenty years" (lol) and the weird irony of the fact that so far Super Megaforce wont leave Disney Rangers alone. But then there is also this "back to basics" nostalgia feel to Megaforce, that takes the concept so literally all the decades of advancements in Power Ranger acting, production, writing...all gone and replaced with the low quality it was at the start. In itself doing a sort of 'how would MMPR look and feel if you add twenty years of experience in making this show' may be a pretty solid concept, but somehow Saban has come back with even less of a talent for making these shows, and if you go back and watch early Saban without the nostalgia goggles...yeah it ain't great. No matter what Dino Charge is, I wont be happy unless it's the complete opposite of MMPR/Megafarce. |
But Megaforce and Super Megaforce are only "homages" to MMPR in the sense that they take the very bare basics and apply them to the show hoping it's enough to tide over the long time fans.
My MMPR homage isn't a Juice Bar, it isn't a Blue Ranger nerd, and it isn't cheesy stories. A lot of those are being billed as both MMPR homages AND as staples for Power Rangers going forward. They can't be both - either they're a homage or their a staple, but claiming their both is an incredibly lazy way to try and tie an anniversary season that has been anything but an anniversary to the 20 years that came before it. The production of the show has failed to really capitalize on the MMPR nostalgia. You want to capitalize on it you need to do more than mention Zordon in passing, and use past suits in a half-hearted attempt at an anniversary because Sentai footage calls for it. Kyoryuger's base story line - the dinosaurs were extinct millions of years ago because of a great evil. That great evil is trying to be revived to destroy the world now. The base plot is perfect to tie in to MMPR. I'm sick of MMPR too - but seeing as Saban keeps trying to convince us that if we loved MMPR we'll love Super Megaforce and they're failing, this is their chance to REALLY have a cool throw-back to the only season they ever cared about - MMPR. |
how i would do super megaforce:
1 replace the megaforce cast and make a new intro song 2 give more backstory on gosei 3 keep and explain the pirate theme 4 have ALL returning legends for tribute episodes 5 more backstory on the dairanger suits(back up suits in case mmpr powers weren't powerful or zordans own team of rangers) 6 have orion be a power ranger fanboy 7 use the gokaiger suits as main suits 8 no lazy dialouge or stupid jokes 9 team up with megaforce 10 follow the sentai plot line but have creative liberty |
