I had forgotten it was in Magiranger :lol.

22: A Houka and Hikaru episode! It was ok, I liked the character interaction but I have never been a big fan of the edo episodes.

That thing is everywhere. :lol

22: Fun on the Edo set. Not much else to say.

23: Tsubasa reminds us once again why he's great. Using the forbidden magic to learn how Belbereiji stole and stored the souls. His health be damned, he was going to save Kouta. Also I liked how Belbereiji was using Spider for his plot.

24: And this time we get Hikaru showing what makes him good. He's a dedicated teacher. He will protect them and own up to his mistakes. And we also see the debut of Destruction Fire Reverse Flow. Really like how Travelion's finishers involved the fire of the engine.

Toei loves that Edo set. :lol

Imagine if there were frequent uses of, say, a Coloniel America set frequently used on Power Rangers...

Make it happen Saban! Make it happen! :lolol

I wonder if one day I'll see the series where the Edo set was brand new.

I've been to that Edo set!

Went to the Toei Movie Studio when I was in Japan in 2008. Sadly, it was before I saw any PR/SS so I didn't fully appreciate all the Super Sentai suits and robots and sets.

Still a lucky bastard :lol

That edo set has been around the block several times but it's always fun to see how they work it into a series.

Imagine when Power Traingers uses it. The Rainbow Line in 1700's Japan! :lol

23: A Tsubasa episode, he really needed it, the concept of forbidden magic is nothing new, but it was played out in an interesting way.

And Wolzard returns to Infershia!

With all the world hoping those guys do, I would be very surprised if the edo set doesn't show up.

I actually really like her for some bizarre reason. Though I find myself liking Urara more of the two.

Well, I'm up to #23. I'm really liking Hikaru and his adorkable love of trains. I still like Utchi better, but this guy seems good. And his mecha is retty cool, though I refer Fire/WolKaiser

Well, this new monster was sure, um... rape-y. :eek:

I like it when we start getting more information about the mythology of this world. The stuff with forbidden magic and Hikaru and the mountain were really cool.

At this point I'm pretty well convinced that the Tsubasa episodes are the best part of this show, even when he's as badly overacting as he was during the staff-pulling scene (which, to be fair, is still well below how badly Makito's actor overacts in every scene he's in).

Also, have I mentioned how much I hate the MagiGreen Halloween muscle costume? Because I do. Shit's terrible.

As he's the best Magiranger, that's a fair assessment in my book.

24 was the standout episode, Wolzard being awesome, Hikaru's devotion and loyalty to the ozu siblings, and Tsubasa facing adversity to stop him.

Pretty cool all things considered.

Because she's cool?

And because the format requires focus episodes for all the Magirangers.
