The rangers walk up and you see the street continue behind them along with boxes in the background, next shot they're suddenly next to a warehouse on the edge of a damn forest...

Even without that... the Armada come to Earth and announce themselves in an empty back alley? I know they are aliens, but come on what does that achieve? Was it really hard to even super impose them into a central location with a couple of extras so it even felt like a big deal?

Going by the screams in the beginning I'm willing to bet that it's a warehouse near a populated area that clears out upon their arrival. I think that's how the original Gokaiger footage went, but I'm not sure.

That said though...Yeah, then it just looks like the back alley of a warehouse district where no one worth threatening would even be.

We live in a world where you can create some pretty great stuff using green and blue screens, so there really isn't any excuse any more for shooting in shitty back alleys. I get the whole "warehouse district MMPR LOL" shit, but it still isn't funny OR good, I've always found toku cheapens itself when it resides to shooting in abandoned buildings or quarries and I'm really happy to see more and more modern toku using urban central locations to really bring the action to the foreground.

If nothing else I'm pretty sure the "most expensive season ever" can afford a few extras and a fucking greenscreen.

For Pete's sake this show is edited by manatees. The same ones that choose the plot balls apparently.

Editing issues aside, that one second of dialogue near the end of the clip from Troy had more emotion than anything he's said all this season and last.

The fact that they had the balls to call this "the most expensive season ever" with how things have been going so far...

Where did all of the money even go?

Someone's pockets, I'd imagine, considering the quality of the product turned out.

I was hopping to see somthing Samurai in that. But still a cool video of them seeing who the big bad guy is.

Pretty sure all the money for this went up the producers nose.

I think these manatees aren't the ones that "write" Family Guy. Oh no, these are the manatees who did not pass the "written exam" of FG.

It's been 4 episodes in and Saban has proven that he really couldn't care about quality if he can make a quick buck. No wonder people here worship Disney: this man is well past his prime. It's time to find new hands for PR or reboot the whole thing because the MMPR method will never work in this day and age.

Sort of, it was in a street that the Kuroko evacuated. However Samurai never had the Kuroko, so I'm not sure how they'll show that. Still, admittedly, not the best place for Warz Gill to announce himself for the first time. It was on a street though, not in front of a warehouse as implied by the US footage.

I'm surprised though, this is the fight where the Zyuranger/MMPR first are used. I know they get their ass handed to them but I was expecting that to be the preview. This is also the episode where we learned of Barizorg's origins, so it'll be interesting to see if any of that is carried over.

I'm surprised that wasn't one of the 'new powers'.

Are you even trying anymore Saban? No people who are trying really hard and suck can produce better products then this. Angel of Music is better then this, and that is the worst movie I've ever seen. Just, just all around fail. Writing FAIL! Editing FAIL! Adapting Gokaiger FAIL! Utter FAIL Saban!

Aside from the scenery change, I really don't think there's much to judge from a clip barely a minute long that essentially consisted of the villains and the rangers walking towards each other and exchanging two seconds worth of dialogue.

This is nowhere near as bad as the Dairangers clip, honestly. Although that was terrible for several reasons.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the episode as it might be the one that makes or breaks one of my few hopes for this season. RoboKnight being Argus.

Yeah, the clip was lame and the dialogue sucked, but it wasn't as offensive as some people are making out. I'm still intrigued on how they're fitting a two-parter into one episode AND keeping in a cameo.

Weird that they're going from one Blue focus to another with only one episode in between, especially considering the original Green/Yellow focus episode is now going to be Green/Blue. They must really love Noah. As it stands, Red and Yellow have no focus episodes lined up for the rest of the series unless they're within the 4 un-revealed episodes.

So much hate. Yet, I loved this clip and cannot wait to watch it!

It is only one clip, and I will probably be watching just to see how Alex Heartman does this episode, he was one of the lighter parts of Samurai. I just love Troy not showing emotion again, maybe Robo-Knight spirit needed a host body and is just using Troy, thats where he is, inside him, where he always belonged. :p

I honestly think in the latter of his two second lines of dialogue in this clip, he showed more emotion than he ever had. Though him shouting, "NEVER" when Vekar asked Earth to surrender was pretty bad.

I actually find this A LITTLE decent. However the scene where they walk up to the armada kinda seemed silly

Oh my...really? Is it so hard to film in an area that is open and such? If you're gonna actually film crap, making not so smelly crap. And what the hell is up with that background change. I get it happening in suit to prevent actual work in filming fight scenes, but such a blatant change in scenery shouldn't happen out of suit, I mean REALLY.

If he was just meeting the rangers the location would be fine, but that's his grand reveal to the planet Earth? The only way that would be good is if he gave that speech and then no one was around to hear it.

Other than that, clip wasn't that bad. I don't think the dialogue was especially grating.
