In digging around to see if the Heisei vs Showa footage had been uploaded anywhere that wasn't region locked, I found out that the raw Kyoryuger vs Go-Buster has made its way onto YouTube if anyone is interested.

I'm loving how quickly it turned into the Kyoryuger - Abaranger - Zyuranger show :lol I'm watching their team-up henshin now and only Enter and Escape and the bads from go-Buster are there. Let the hate begin I guess :lol

Any idea when the subs well be released for this? I've been pretty hyped shit about this, lol.

The movie was good.

The Go-Busters were in it more than I expected, but they were oddly disconnected from story. They didn't interact with the other cast, outside of the opening really, and disappeared for large chunks of it, almost as if the writers weren't quite sure what to do with them.

I realize they were the secondary team in the movie, but it's a shame they were so sidelined in what will probably be the last time we see them out of suits. Still, it could have been worse. It was nice seeing them again, at least.

Now the awkward decision of watching raw or patiently waiting for subs. I need a new Enter fix!

Hrm. I forgot to mention the odd but of what sounded like Kyoryuger music after the ToQger role call and the fact they used the double-K instead of the Q in the English text of the team name. I was wondering when they were going to show up. I thought I'd missed them somewhere.

Except for the last fight the Go-Busters had the most screen time right next to the Kyoryugers. Tyranno Ranger and Aba Red were the ones who were written out of the movie for 80% of the time to be honest.

Yeah, but they weren't in the movie title, were they?

No they werent and thats exactly why I dont get your point. The Go-Busters showed up all throughout the movie except for 5 minutes during the end fight. They were the ones trying to save Aba Red in the beginning and then went on to save everyones asses two times after that.

Thats a pretty big contribution to a movie thats only an hour long.

There's a good 15 minute gap (actually about 14 minutes and change), in a slightly over 60 minute film, where the Go-Busters don't appear. In a row, that is, not counting the other times they aren't on screen. They miss the entire final battle for little reason, until it gets giant sized.

Is it really that hard to understand that, as it's probably the last time we get to see them before they become simply suits in the background of fight scenes in future films, that I would like to have seen more of them?

They pretty much did every important little thing leading up to that moment. They had more interaction with the Kyoryugers supporting cast than the Kyoryugers themselfs.

And? It's a personal opinion. I'm not stating anything as a fact of the universe. My personal opinion is that I would have liked to have seen more of the Go-Busters, yes, including the final battle. Why do you find that so objectionable?

That's probably my main complaint.
The Gobusters despite practically being the main characters by doing most of the work. feel like they were hardly in it. :/

The Go-Busters had plenty of screen time and pretty much all the good scenes. The Kyoryuger had hardly any dialogue (especially Ian and Souji) and Amy's acting was pretty bad.

Overall though, I like the film a lot. It felt great to see the Go-Busters again. I'll miss them.

It's still a pretty great team-up film. I still think last years was better, but this one was enjoyable.

Yeah I did notice that Amy's acting was quite bad. It probably wasn't a good time for Ayuri Konno while they were filming that.

Well, that movie certainly was... something. It was a really good movie, but my main problem is that it couldn't decide whether it wanted to be a vs. Go-Busters movie or whether it wanted to exclusively be about the three Dinosaur Sentai. But I enjoyed it either way.

I'm re-watching to Go-Busters VS Gokaiger movie right now and considering that the Gokaiger did precisely nothing of importance throughout the entirety of the movie, hell, I don't think Ahim even said a complete sentence throughout the runtime, I'm more then happy to have the Go-Busters share the limelight for their movie. Seems only fair, really! Looks like the Go-Busters are far more important to their team-up then the Gokaiger were, so I don't really understand the complaining.

Anyway, I've only seen the final fight as I'm waiting for the subs for the actual plot but what I saw was awesome. I loved the Pteranodon and Triceratops team-ups. I was really hoping they'd do that, rather then stick Ptera Ranger with Kyoryu Pink.

Annnnnd the wonderful dudes at Imagination Station have just put up subs for this release!!

I'll rather wait for over-time and nihon- the movie wasn't that hard to understand and IS's subs of Toq episode 1 were not that good. They should just take some more time to triple-check their subs.

I'd whole heartedly disagree. I found their subs to be far better than at least the OT version. I wished they'd been able to continue with the series.

I thought the subs were pretty good. I loved "Dynasaur". I've seen so many attempts at making an English version of "Bakuryu" that makes sense and "Dynasaur" is definitely the best and most well thought out. Good job!

As for the movie, it was OK. The final battle with the Dinosaur Sentai was awesome in a super fan servicey way, but the rest of the movie felt really, really rushed. Just as the Gokaiger were completely irrelevant to the Gokaiger/Go-Buster movie, the Go-Busters helped the plot in a very minor way in the movie and probably could've been cut for minimum effect.

I'm glad all the "Grifforzer is revived" stuff was incorrect, considering Grifforzer never died in Zyuranger and sort of ended in a strange, yet happy place for him. They specifically said that Neo-Grifforzer was NOT the Grifforzer that the Zyurangers fought. The meteor summoning an energy version of Bandora's wand and the updated special effects version of Grifforzer growing was pretty epic.

Kind of disappointed that there was absolutely no attempt to make sense about how the origins of Dinosaurs and the nature of their extinction in Zyuranger, Abaranger and Kyoryuger are all completely contradictory to eachother, but oh well.

I voted great, but would have voted excelent if they would have shown the Zyurangers and Abarangers transform, or at least have them dance at the end.

Glad people are enjoying our subs for the most part. :D And yeah, it's really weird how the Zyurangers didn't appear on-camera except for their hands and Geki. Mei confirmed that all five were on board to appear. And no one even knows what's going on with Ranru...

Despite the rather large number of Rangers in this. First of all, Yayoi was right there in the spirit base, so why no Kyoryu Violet? What was she doing there that couldn't have been done by Kurorin or one of the othe Go-Buster support staff?

I'm also really dissapointed that Jin is just a one off anti-vagras trap he left in J. Considering that every Sentai in this team up has dead members, I think it would have been really cool for Ramirez and Tessai to show up with Spirit Ranger versions of Beet Buster, Dragon Ranger and Abarekiller.

Yeah, that's another thing. I wish Burai would have appeared. I know the actor has long retired from acting, but it would have been cool for his suit to appear as a Spirit Ranger.

The actors for the other Zyurangers did voice their characters, but Ranru was voiced by Yellow Buster :/
