Looks like Hesei won the ending poll as announced in a press conference, although the votes were very close.

The vote was close to. I think only a few thousand separated Heisei and Showa, with over two and a half million people voting. I think close to three.

Probably because the voting was rigged. Showa had a small but significant lead in the online poll and the theater poll numbers were not enough to make up for it.

Poor Showa....so unappreciated...

Heisei is the best rider era. They have my favorite rider Kamen Rider Double

When I first heard about this it was a huge SHOCKER to me. I was routing for the Showa Riders but voted for Heisei because my favorites are Heisei but the Showa Era is growing on me.

That is quite surprising. I would have figured Showa would win.

Yeah for Heisei! Although I'd like to see Showa Riders beating a few Heisei Riders in the movie to show they aren't pushovers.

Don't worry. I don't think they'll make the Showa Riders look like bitches. They just won't succeed in the end, is all.
Unless Decade is involved in any significant manner.
Because they're still trying to sell Decade to the audience, so they'll do anything to make him look cool.

Honestly, both endings will probably be on the DVD/BD, so we'll get to see both at the same time. Secondly, it is probably like a one minute long alteration between the two.

I saw what Igadevil posted about the ending on twitter and according to him you dont even notice that the heiseis "won" the poll.

I hope to god this movie was good. I've heard mixed feelings about it. From as bad as Super Hero Taisen to amazing.

Isn't DiEnd always bad? We're talking about a man who shot HIS PAST SELF so he could steal something. Throwing a piss fit and making a giant robot to kill everyone seems to just be the cherry on top for this fiend.
