Which Power Rangers Seasons do you Prefer
 

This Poll represents one of the worse seasons I've heard so far. So which on do you think is the ABSOLUTE WORST SEASON OF THEM ALL

While this question is totally subjective, I see what you're trying to ask. Out of those three seasons, I enjoyed Operation Overdrive the least. Not saying it "SUCKS THE MOST" or anything, but I could never get in to the show and wasn't fond of hardly any of the cast.

Megaforce was just badly dubbed Goseiger footage, so that was the very worst of the Power Rangers seasons for me since there was NOTHING to it. But then, then Super Megaforce came along. Although in terms of pure functionality, it is better than Megaforce as it has actual plot and stuff, the fact it's so insulting to the franchise makes it way, way worse in my books. This is literally the worst thing ever done in the franchise.

Samurai may be a watered down Shinkenger but Shinkenger was also a show with plot and characters, which automatically made it better than Megaforce.

And although everyone hates OO for reasons I'm not really sure of, with the amount of original footage, original characters and original story, it makes it far better than anything to come out of Neo-Saban. And although the show was kinda monotonous, I also don't even think it's the worst of the franchise either when you watch shows like Dino Thunder which completely falls apart, or shows like Mighty Morphin which is just saved by the bell, with random Japanese footage thrown in.

Its gotta be Super Megaforce.

Operation Overdrive was definitely not fantastic but I wouldn't say it was the worst, I'd just place it on par with some of my least favourites like Turbo and Ninja Storm. Samurai and Super Samurai were pretty lazy and had definite flaws that made them a bit shocking compared to what we'd been getting beforehand, but they still had a story and characters that actually had goals and personality (some more then others). Even if a lot was lifted from Shinkenger and watered down it still was there in some way, shape of form. I even thought the way they managed to give Dayu and Deker a new back-story that still matched pretty perfectly with the Shinkenger footage was pretty impressive, even if they were a little too sympathetic. Megaforce was basically Goseiger with everything stripped and the most generic cast we've gotten since MMPR and Super Megaforce is... Unlike anything, which probably makes it the biggest disappointment.

Well I would say a megaforce but I am loving SMF a lot, even a bit more than Gokaiger actually.

OO. Because of the question. Samurai might not've been perfect but Super Samurai got a whole lot better. Megaforce was really good it's just Super that's lacking. While almost all of OO (Outside of Once a Ranger) was just horrible.

I really couldn't stand that season. Bad characters, mediocre actors, stupid villains, and unlike some other bad seasons, it didn't have anything to draw me in and convince me to keep watching (Like Zeo and the Gold Ranger, Dino Thunder and the first half, or Samurai and Antonio). It just wasn't a good show.

Antonio made a lot of that season watchable.

Funny considering Genta was like surviving cancer to only get ran over as soon as you step outside of the hospital.

Megaforce is the worst. For there is no direction, humanity, development, humor or purpose. A botched story or a Copy/Paste is still a story, but if you haven't any story at all, you cannot achieve anything."

I found Antonio to be one of the few tolerable characters in Samurai. It's kind of funny that, in a season infamous for being just a watered down version of it's Sentai, they made a massive change to ShinkenGold's character when brought over :lol

Haven't seen OO so can't talk ill of it. As for Samurai, I saw a few episodes of it and while I found it cheesy, I liked it. Megaforce however I hold in regard as one of the worst pieces of television I have ever seen.

I can't honestly answer this.

Operation Overdrive made me want to claw my eyes out but had Once a Ranger, Samurai/Super Samurai had a good story but was completely lifeless outside of Antonio and the last episode, and as for Megaforce/Super Megaforce - I like the former and hate the latter.

I say Megaforce/Super Megaforce for two reasons: one, the black hole of acting talent known as Troy, and all the "new powers"

I'd have to say Super Megaforce.I at least tried to and watched some episodes from the other series.Super megaforce just isn't pulling me in like the other two did.(Operation Overdrive because it's an American Boukenger adaption,and Samurai/Super Samurai because they brought some of the same story over from Shinkenger,which was a series I actually liked)

That's why I think you can have this poll be the same and split Megaforce and Super Megaforce into two seperate choices. As good as Megaforce was is how bad Super has become.

Well, the only good things in Megaforce and SMF aren't human.

Seriously, Robo Knight and the villains are all wonderful. Vekar is a great villain, Vrak is a great villain, Metal Alice is a great villain, Robo Knight is more human than the main heroes...

And this is all technically a bad thing because we're supposed to be invested in the MAIN HEROES. Not the villains or "Captain Robo Planet Cop II: Judgement Day."

I thought Robo Knight was great, but everything else good about that series was directly lifted from Goseiger and then badly dubbed over. I'd rather just watch Goseiger.

OO had a awful theme song, terrible characters and shit over a great Sentai show. Samurai was okay and Megaforce sucked. I'm not going to bother with Super Megaforce.

I agree. He was the best character in that show, in my opinion.

I honestly think Operation Overdrive sucks more because only a couple of the Rangers were good Mack and Tyzonn. I never cared for much of the others, well I liked Spencer and the Sentinel Knight too.

Samurai and Megaforce have better casts. I personally enjoyed Megaforce a lot and I love Super Megaforce.

The only heroes I have issues with in Megaforce are Troy and Gia. Sure the others aren't exactly oscar winning actors, but they aren't that much worse than the bulk of Power Rangers actors.

I understood what they were going for with OO, but I couldn't get into it. I also didn't like the rangers and that alone will doom a season.

Overdrive is the worst. Samurai had problems but it got better by Super Samurai and it was rushed( think about it). Megaforce was good and Super isn't done yet.

I have to Overdrive. They all have issues but overdrive in particular is bad to me. Annoying characters, stupid plot twist, and the cherry one top, the bad guy who gets the crown did practically nothing but sit on his throne the whole time and sometimes send out mooks for fighting.

And he's hurling them around like bags of kittens at an orphan!

It's a tie between OO and SMF cause I didn't like Operation Overdrive story from the beginning it really went nowhere I'll understand their purpose to find 5 crystals to the crown of Aurora or what whatever it is. But the part when we found out Mack was a robot came out of nowhere and It made me think... what are those writers thinking. Aside from that it was so bad it wasn't funny.

Super Megaforce on the other hand. Well let's just say that aside from Episodes 1 and 6 it f***ing sucked. Random Zords from Gosei. Next, no explain on anything whatsoever. To this day I'm still hearing people mocking Gosei with the... "There's a simple explanation for that..." thing. Also, the "New Powers" bulls**t. I could understand Dairanger because of the Zords and junk. But adding Flashman and Maskman... Saban, are you even trying to make a good anniversery or pulling random stuff on your money grabbing ass. If that was the case why they could've added Turboranger on Episode 4 with Wild Force.

Overall, Both of the seasons are an eyesore to watch. However, since I'm a fan of Power Rangers... I'll continue to watch Super Megafarce. However Dino Charge and Dino Supercharge is their last change for improvement otherwise I'm done with this show.
