Dino Charge Casting Speculations
 

With the recent surfacing of the side from Dino Charge, it begs the question what kind of characters we'll get this next season. And this goes on the basis that they'll use every color from Kyoryuger. (So Red, Blue, Green, Black, Pink, Violet, Silver, Gray, Cyan, Gold.)

(And please don't spam this thread with a thousand "People that can act!" or "Better than Troy!" or "Better than Super Megaforce!". I appreciate it)

The same characters as megaforce.

I would love another Gia :lol Maybe has Violet.

Just name the Black Ranger "Ian Yorkland" and I'll be happy.

He also did a small test dub with the kyoryuger footage too.

I really want Daigo like character for Dino Charge for red, I don't think we ever had a red ranger that was "wild" or as "fun" and charging in head first with so much bravery.

I dunno it's hard to really say, isn't it, as we know next to nothing about this season.

Personally I don't want someone to drain the focus quite like Daigo did, and I don't really want a female ranger so utterly non existent like Amy but I did really like how everyone else on the team was a straight badarse.

Swapping green for a woman is fine for me, we've never had a female green before and the idea of adapting Souji's story from a female perspective could take it in a lot of new and interesting directions with enough of a moral message for the children watching the show. But ew girls and all that.

Obviously black won't be a womaniser whose friend was murdered in the Power Rangers version, so he's probably gonna see one of the biggest revisions from his Kyoryuger version so once again there are some really interesting things they could do with a character like this, especially as the Kyoryuger suit footage draws so much attention to the connection between Black and Aigaron and so if they do use Aigaron they'll have to find a new connection between the characters and that'll be fun.

I also kinda hope that if they keep a high school setting, they still keep blue as an "old" man and the running gag of the series is why there is a thirty year old taking classes with a bunch of teenagers but no one points it out as an in joke to the ridiculous casting of people way too old, to play characters in high school dramas.

I'm still holding out for Jason to be Gold, just because he was a gold before and with Utchy's story of a past warrior possessed by an evil armour, it just seems kinda cool to me. The idea of a Past Ranger starting the series as an Evil Ranger (which Dogold kinda is) only to break free and join the team as
a good guy later on.

In terms of all the others? Who even knows if they'll USE the others. Since they're gonna make toys of everything regardless, but that doesn't necessarily mean they'll use anyone else as most of them were fairly unimportant and spent more time out of suit than in it.

What the fuck did I just read?

Green and Grey are...cowboys? Green's sword fighting comes from...fencing? And Grey's special skill is...lassoing? Black is a hip and edgy skateboarder? Gold is a British Knight called...Ivan? Blue is...a caveman?

The whole thing seemed to derail the more you read, is this a joke? APRIL FOOLS. Hah ha.

I know some of the stuff is weird. Silver not being shown makes sense though because he won't appear until SuperCharge obviously. People are thinking Blue is supposed to be Cyan and they left Blue off. But it actually makes sense for Green to be a cowboy. Remember that when Gabutyra combines with Black and Green it become Kyoryujin Western. Gray being Green's brother might be a misprint and it's supposed to be Black IMO.

The name's aren't final. There's no way their going to use 2 names that 2 rangers had in the past. He could still be Ian.

That's some pretty cool news if true. I notice they left Silver out. Wonder why...Then again, I don't see Cyan either. Hmm.

As long as the characters are close to how their Kyoryuger counterparts are I'll be happy.

Well he most likely won't show up until SuperCharge. They won't cast him until next year unless the mentor is Silver like in Kyoryuger.

While Grey weirdly gets a big boost in his role in the story.

I dunno TOO much about Kyoryuger,but he's a spirit ranger if I'm not mistaken, right? Maybe he'll have a role in the story as Green's brother but won't become a ranger until later.

I'm still surprised that blue is gonna be a caveman. In a good way honestly. I'm hoping all of these descriptions are accurate, really. They just seem so....different compared to what we've been getting.
