As the Armada ramps up its invasion of Earth, the Power Rangers are joined by a mysterious individual - the Super Megaforce Silver Ranger! Just who is he? Where does he come from? How did he get his powers? AND DOES HE KNOW WHERE ROBO KNIGHT IS?! (Troy really wants to know, I guarantee it).

And in a LEGENDARY SUPER MEGA season where the Power Rangers turn in to every other Power Ranger, it's only obvious that their sixth Ranger has the ability to turn in to EVERY OTHER SIXTH RANGER (it's not really a spoiler, but for those who didn't follow it in Gokaiger, now you know!).

I kinda burnt out on Gai after he used Gold Mode for the 90th time that episode, so I'll be interested to see if they can make Gokai Silver's fight footage actually interesting. I think you'll be hard pressed to have more personality than Gai, which is why I'm more interested in the direction they take this Orion fella.

Not too bad, honestly. Sounds like he comes from a planet the Armada destroyed, ironically making him the exact opposite of the Gokaiger compared to Gai.

So lemme guess, the Dairanger were from his planet and then died protecting it because of the Armada and that is why he became a Ranger? If that is the case, this suddenly got good.

Ha! I knew there was some kind of vague reason behind all the strange choices we've seen.

Power Rangers Facebook posted a "What will be the Legendary Rangers seen today?" ad, which featured the Lost Galaxy members using Lights of Orion (scene from LG, not SMF).

So we're either getting new footage because Gingaman/LG was not featured in the equivalent episode and the only time the Lights of Ginga were used was against Basco (who is cut) late in the series or they're just being misleading. The Lights of Orion would be a funny thing to add in though, considering Silver's name...

In Gokaiger, the only change was an All-Extra change consisting of MegaSilver (IS Silver), Dragon Ranger (MMPR Green), AbareKiller (DT White), Time Fire (TF Quantum) and MagiShine (MF Solaris).

Heck yeah. CAPTAIN AMERICA FTW!!!

honestly this was my favorite episode. i really like the idea of a ranger who's main reason for fighting is revenge.

The storyline was good.... but dear god.... the acting killed it for me....

Same, it gives room for some cool back story as well

i'm honestly surprised by how well this episode did.
Thought one thing that does bug me.

...Why does silver keep using the word super in hi's attacks?
The other rangers use it because they're in super modes but Silver doesn't have a Goseiger suit.

interesting episode to say the least. so we have another ranger losing his planet to an invading force, just like Doggie Kruger from S.P.D. did. gonna be an interesting next 13 episodes.

Why did Jake talk like theres never been a Silver Ranger befor? We have had Silver Rangers befor. I can't wait to find out what planet he's from so we can know what the Silver Ranger was talking about.
I want to know were & how he got a Key & a Ship.
I hope he's from the Lost Galaxy Rangers some how?

A "true fan" would want what is BEST for the show. Throwing in random "new powers" with NO explanation is not what is best for the show. It is sloppily edited, and if it keeps on being like that, it may turn out to be a WORSE disaster than Operation Overdrive (and that is saying something).

Woah this episode is mostly original footage and it was pretty great. Orion is pretty much already my favorite ranger from this crew. Mostly cause...he actually has a backstory! And may be a vengeance obsessed maniac so whatever...
