2010/11 I believe was the original Japanese dubs

The show was perfect until Rebellion Story happened :(

It ruined Homura. That's my only complaint.

It was fine until that final act, but then the ending went and ruined everything. I didn't have so much a problem with Homura's twist, moreso the fact that it essentially undid all the hope Madoka died to create in series so it could have a "LOL bleak because that's all people remember Madoka for" ending. Madoka's trapped, Sayaka's had her memories erased (after the movie succeeded in making her my favourite character in the show) and Homura's an omnipotent overly-attached girlfriend. I get what they were going for with the selfish desire of humans and all that jazz, but it just felt like such an abrupt and ill-fitting ending.

I also read somewhere it ended the way it did so they could potentially make more somewhere down the line :rolleyes

Puella Magi Madoka Magica Episode 5: Sayaka's wish was exactly what I was expecting and it looks like it worked very well for her. This was a very good episode no bombshells but lots of action. Sayaka vs Kyouko was pretty sweet and intriguing to learn they get powers based on their wishes with Sayaka's healing ability. Kyouko's crazy fun right now, and Homura is still that mysterious interesting character right now. Can't wait for more after that ending.

God I love this track. It reminds me how great Madoka is whenever I have my doubts... and it's so beautiful! :cry

I always find it easier to just go for a streaming site. Like Titanium said, Netflix now has it (although I don't know if it's the dub or sub... probably dub). I just watched it on an anime streaming site. There's plenty out there.

I can download while doing other stuff. And I do have Utorrent.

Madoka Episode 7: Also known as what the hell! That just got darker really quick. So their souls are the gems and their bodies get turned into living husks?! The Hell. Besides that revelations I love Kyouko and her crazy spirit, also loved that she was playing DDR to the opening theme. Homura is just awesome, that dark being that knows more of what's going on, she reminds me of Rose from Legend of Dragoon. Sayaka is really stubborn I like her but she her focus is really narrow. I love Madoka she is really struggling dealing with this and it's just intriguing to see how she deals with everything. Also her Mom is really awesome I loved their talk with each other. So 5 more episodes to see how crazy, dark, and fantastic this show gets. I cannot wait.

Good luck with the next episode, you're going to need it.
