Just like pokemon who we saw back in the good old times!!
This time it is the monster/ kaijin from super sentai
Since this is the first time I have decided to start with a easy one
Can you figure out which show he/she appeared??

But in some cases if I found a monster whose show are not subbed yet, but are on-going, I will make sure my research right if the monster has appeared in the subbed episodes.

Storm owl is a boss from Megaman X4, and that game was released in the same time as megaranger. The hint is also supposed to remind that the theme of megaranger is video games.
His name is Owl Nejire and he appereaed in episode 15
