What the hell did I just read? Bad subtitles aside, that was pretty neat.

It looks, interesting? The production values of say a Sentai theatrical film. But with a transformation that feels very much like it's trying to be a Metal Hero and a costume that feels very much like a cross of Guyver and a rider kaijin.

Could be interesting though I'd really need to see more than a poorly subbed video to decide.

This looks fricking awesome Im kinda pumped for this.

I feel like it isn't quite fair to criticise this in the way I would do other things, but oh my from the hilarious subs, to the butter knife, to the CG it was kinda terrible.

Which is a shame, as the actual suited fight had lots of cool little style touches, I really do like the suit design and the cast seem like they have a lot of energy and enjoyment in what they are doing.

I like the suit fight, but that transformation device is an awful choice. Especially given how he holds it after activating the blade-special...and that Kick App Start. The actor himself is...well, he's not wooden, stilted maybe?

And you've got to love how the actress had more slow-mo high kicks, jeez.

It looks fun to get drunk to with friends though.

But hey. The hero get to destroy plane. I thought him destroy plane is one thing of why Sentai ain't action enough. TOEI need to hired Michael Bay to direct Super Sentai show to make it more action-oriented and hot Girl! (LOL)

But for real. I think Gunblade is probably not popular like Sentai or Kamen Rider

But I feel Gunblade is not going to be popular like Super Sentai and Kamen Rider but might be enjoyable movie or Tv show if they made Gunblade Toku show

It looks kind of awful in an awesome way. I'd watch the heck out of this as guilty pleasure viewing.

Yeah that transformation device was clunky and awkward as shit, and the editing with it was atrocious.

This show just appears to have all of Koichi Sakamoto's generic hallmarks. Which is kind of unfortunate because it sounds like a neat concept and the suit looks decent enough. But based on what little footage there is to go on right now, it doesn't look entirely original. Or at least it doesn't look original in any very good ways.

That APP thing is annoying, period.

Looks...Watchable. The transformation device sucks and is annoying despite only watching 7 minutes of it, but the suit is decent, the villain suits look nice, and the actors look like they're having a good time.

I think it is great Koichi Sakamoto is partaking in this. Korean live action super hero shows always felt like they lack that extra flare, and I think having Koichi involved will help them have a foundation to work on.

I like it! The suit designs are cool, the action's pretty great, the actors have energy, the transformation device is unique (if a bit unwieldy), and the CGI, while not amazing, is definitely better than some of the CGI I've seen before. Honestly, it left a pretty good impression on me. I can't wait to actually see the first actual episode. The only downside to it was really the subbing, 'cuz that was pretty clunky.

I thought the action in this was pretty cool. Not a fan of Gunblade's haircut but whatever.

Actually Jay's hairstyle kinda reminds me of Shun Daimonji from Kamen Rider Fourze.

Admittedly as much as I liked the core duo, they did seem to be trying a little too hard to be as clichéd looking toku characters as physically possible. And it's a shame that your a-typical toku hero is a goofy, skinny, boy band frontman. :lol

I can't fault the CGI, I prefer physical props any day of the week.
I can fault the writing, the costume design, etc.

But that origin.
Mad Scientist. Creates Super Intelligence. That he MERGES with to become a 3rd big-bad. And they unleash an ANCIENT EVIL.

Our heroes are two people who sealed away the ancient evil, but only one of them(at this point) is useful. The other is able to turn into some weird green robot-man and takes all the credit.
