It's coming (Sooner or Later)! The finale episodes of Super Megaforce leading into the two-part final war between Past Rangers and The Armada! So how excited are you?

When is Jungle Fury getting a Blu Ray release? That is probably the next time I'll ever be excited for anything Power Rangers related again.

I'm curious to see what other Gokaiger footage they're too lazy to edit out, but beyond that I've long since given up on this series.

Extremely minimal. And as someone that's enjoyed Power Rangers pretty much throughout apart from 1 or 2 blips that makes me quite sad. Dino Charge when?

Oh and I guess 'Interested' can also mean 'meh' as an option? Because Meh is how I feel about this by now.

I tried staying fanboyish about this season because I honestly love Power Rangers. But... No. Just no. This season can end now.

All I care about at this point is what the hell is gonna happen to Jake and Gia if anything. Thats it.

Well the build up to the finale has been so lame, and bad there's no explanation to anything, I just want Dino Charge.

You know what's really damn sad? Yellow Mask and Pink Flash will never be explained.

And it's not like the Green/Black not being explained because that was at least lampshaded and left unexplained as a joke. This is like watching Ultraman Tiga and seeing the main characters calmly eating ramen with a human-sized Tiga during the middle of a fight scene for a good solid minuite.

It'll be awesome to see the old characters making cameos but other than that eh.

I'm sorry but I just can't hyped for this. I'll wait until the season after Dino Charge and then I'll see how I feel about how Saban's running PR.

I care enough to vote, that says it all. But to go on for a bit more, I could care less about Super Megaforce.

Only reason I'm very excited is cause SMF is FINALLY gonna be over soon :lol.

That bit of news right there is the only thing still giving me hope for this series.

At this point I would rather they take thier time an explain things proper during dino charge rather than dig their hole deeper.

I don't get why everyone's acting so hostile towards Super Megaforce. I love it myself. Granted, I wish I could've seen some more Sentai-Exclusive Legendary Morphs as well as those Sixth Ranger Legendary Morphs edited out of Silver Linings, but I'm still excited as ever for the rest of the season, ESPECIALLY the Legendary War Final Battle!

Have you seen Gokaiger? The build up to the war is just poorly done. It's there because reasons. Sentai exclusive rangers, there's a simple explanation for that. SMF is a mess and I just want Dino Charge to start.

My biggest gripe about Super Megaforce is that it treats the audience like they're stupid and refuses to answer the question WHY.

WHY do you have these new powers?
WHERE did they come from?
HOW do the Ranger Keys work?
WHAT are the new zords? WHY do they exist?
HOW does the Silver Ranger exist?
WHERE did his power come from?

These were questions that used to be considered important even during Saban's original run. Super Megaforce totally ignores those questions.

Why is there a Silver Ranger? Dunno, but here he is! Where did these powers and Ranger Keys come from? Who knows, but here you go! Where did these new zords come from? WHO CARES USE THEM!

There's no substance. It's absolute horrible story-telling. I don't care about any of the characters (personal feelings towards the actors themselves aside obviously) because the show has done nothing to make me feel or care about these characters or even to believe that they COULD be real people.

Troy? He's a new kid at school. Maybe we'll get some back story to that. Nope, none at all. Absolutely ZERO explanation as to where he came from. Jake plays soccer. Maybe we'll get a cool episode about him having problems on his soccer team. Nope, nothing at all. Noah is a nerd, maybe he will get bullied - lol nope! Gia and Emma won't be stereotypical girls who love clothes and shopping, and they'll get a lot of character focus. NOPE!

I hope Dino Charge makes me care again.

Cliff notes version - I will watch for Gold Ranger only. Every appearance from Gokaiger has been cut for Super Megaforce, leaving me 2 more episodes to catch him in (the Ninjor episode and the finale). HERE'S TO HOPING.

Pretty much for this reason. Just because you make a kids show does not mean that the audience is unable to cognitively think. If they follow the show they're bound to pick up on things that may not be right with the show, such as things going unexplained. By treating the audience as being stupid or toddlers they're actually insulting the intelligence of the viewers and just infuriating the older viewers who know what is right and wrong with how a show works in terms of story and editing.

SMF simply makes it's viewers feel like retards with how little they explain and frankly in the end all of the mistakes make the show really bad in quality.

So basically I'm the ONLY PERSON on this ENTIRE forum who likes Super Megaforce...

If not please let me know. I'd greatly appreciate it...

I don't hate it, please don't mistake my words. If I hated it, I wouldn't watch it. I still make it a point to watch it when it airs or immediately afterwards. I'm just not enjoying it. But as others have said, when there's aspects of the show that cause you not to get intertwined in the story, you begin to pick up on the actual mistakes (editing errors, etc.), and then that just adds to the issues you have (ie: a snowball effect).

There's a lot of awesome moments that I do enjoy in Super Megaforce. But as an actual show, it will go down as one of my least favorites in the franchise.

I wouldn't say I hate it, I just strongly dislike it. Though it definitely comes close to being hated.

I don't hate Super Megaforce, I'm embarrassed for it. Power Rangers was never high art but there was once upon a time, especially during Disney's era, where the shows would have their own identities, stories and characters and they would make the footage work for them. Even when Disney started directly lifting key parts of the sentai, they did that to make it easier to build awesome new stuff around it.

Megaforce and Super Megaforce does none of that. I'd argue Megaforce is probably the worst Power Rangers series of all time as it had no plot, no characters and nothing happened in twenty episodes basically turning my favourite sentai into a filler arc.

And I guess Super Megaforce had a shred of plot? *alien invasion lols* but the utter disregard of continuity, logic, effort or cohesive storytelling makes Super Megaforce a fucking joke. A product so other worldly in how cheap and amateurish it is I find it hard to believe it's a canon Power Rangers product that dares to make money off of merchandise.
