Kamen Rider Drive Fully Revealed
 

Thanks to The Kamen Rider EX magazine, we have our first official look at the new hero!

Nope, the tire hasn't stopped being hilarious :lol

I still hope his finisher includes laying down and using that tire to send him rounding on the ground while striking a rider kick pose. It'd be the most ridiculously over the top low sweep ever.

If Gaim's Orange was able to be used to attack than Drive's tire better be able to be used to attack. lol.

I totally expect that tire to spin, even if its just to deflect a punch or kick.

I really like the look of this Rider....and that worries me. Every time I love the look of the rider I end up hating the show. Hibiki, Wizard, Kiva are all prime examples (for me).

I'm still not feeling that. I also really do not like the all silver face plate. At least the eyes should have been a different color.

There is so much "Nope" here...

It's giving off this Go-onger meets Mega Man vibe to me. I Really like the suit and gimmick. I just really hope the show stays with the half hour episodes and doesn't go back to the 2 parter routine.

I'm really liking hi's design.

I'm still questioning the tire sash.

That helmet is badass.

Yeah I absolutely love that suit. The colors work great together, the Helmet is just killer and the car parts are well integrated.

It's the gimmick for this year. With Gaim it's fruit armor. With Drive it's tire armor.

The whole Rescue Force style full-face visor looks nice.

It just sticks out too much for my liking. I like the design otherwise, it's just that tire... Eargh.

While a sash is cool in principle (and I'm more okay with it than I was with fruit armor at first :P), it's just a little too bulbous to me. Makes him look fat.

It is a freakin tire, though... I just think maybe it could have been more stylized to look like a tire and sit flatter rather than literally being a tired over his shoulder.

Gaim got this huge press event and Drive gets introduced in a magazine?

Yup.

Not really liking the all white/silver visor. The rest is fine but that visor is just a mehhhnn to me.

That's a really cool pose back to back with Gaim.

The suit looks alright. I'm pretty sure it will grown me on over time. I don't think we should hate the show until it comes out. I remember people didn't like the design for Gaim and now people love it.

Really don't know why they went with the tire sash instead of, oh I don't know, a regular seat belt?

It would look so much better. Other then that, I think the suit looks great.

Exactly, if they had made the tire sit closer to the body or just made it a decoration on the suit, I'd have less of a problem with it- like the way Go-Onger worked a driving harness into theirs.

Because who cares about safety :p

I knew the helmet was reminding me of something, I love Tomica Rescue Force and it's suit designs

I'm waiting to watch a few episodes before passing judgement. But that suit.. It looks like one of those cheap dollar store knock-offs.

I think the tyre could have been really better implemented, it's got a bit too much chunk on it...but then probably the reason it isn't so stylised is because of the toy gimmick which is obviously gonna involve that thing.

Also it is a bit strange that the debut is in a magazine, why is there no press conference?

I swear people said that exact same thign about Gaim. I think one of the guys on this board said that Gaim looked like a Maylasian Kamen Rider rip-off or something like that.

I love the suit god why do you have doubts

I'd be all for the tire spinning and using it as an attack or something RPM style.
They did it in Sentai in Gokaiger already with Luka as Go-On Yellow, why not Drive?

Yeah, and try not to have too many fillers. And try to have a decent number of individual riders. And have the drive cars be a cool gimmick. And just have Drive be a new rider on Gaim so the current show won't have to end.

(Note: I realized that since a lot of the playability of Lockseeds are in the Lockseeds themselves! So, unlike the ranger keys, if fans demand more Lockseeds for future riders, they won't need their own little devices so you can get the sounds in the Sengoku Driver!)

Of course, you don't need to look far to see the true inspiration behind this rider...

The suit looks okay, it's gonna grow on me. I remember people said Gaim looked like garbage.

I like it. While I'm still not really into the tire, it doesn't really bother me that much. I pretty much like the whole suit, especially the helmet.

Drive actually looks cool

The number of Rider in RED is increasing.

We won't know for sure until we see the blue form.

Would it be really funny if after drive they made a Kamen rider sonic I am going the picture
