I hope it's not wrong of me to be making this thread but noticed there wasn't any discussion for Drive stuff yet here and considering a lot of candy toy stuff went up on Amiami recently for preorder it's about time we got this car moving!

So far here is what we know is coming out:

Also like I said there's a bunch of stuff that's gone up for preorder on Amiami, funnily as noted by another member here, as "Character from program after Kamen Rider Gaim" and is a bunch of candy toy packs that describe very little of what's in them. I'm not particularly a fan of the car designs but the belt is gorgeous, so I might get some candy toy versions of the cars first before I jump in for the belt. How about you guys, looking forward to losing money to Drive?

Okay, that belt is really starting to look good. Much better than Gaim's Sengoku driver that's for sure... yeah, I went there. :p

I still think the sengoku driver looks silly as balls but the gimmick was absolutely fantastic, I'm thinking the reverse this year haha. But I do like that the belt is an actual character so the DX belt might be full of character phrases.

Just noticed the seatbelt buckle on the driver. How clever. I love this stuff , can't wait to hear all the fun sounds.

For now all I plan to get is that one figure we saw a while back.

I am really hoping i love the show as much as i love the look of everything. I also really hope that since Akibaranger got a giant transforming in scale car , that we will get a SHF Trideron ( did i spell that right? )

I can pretty much book all my 2015 spending money towards SHF Drive stuff and Hot Toys Guardians of the Galaxy. I can only hope that i don't like next years Sentai :lol

....am I the only one that thinks the belt looks like a Bayformer?


And hopefully the gimmick line is at least half as good as Gaim's.

Hey the sengoku driver didn't look that bad.

I just want to see the belt in action soon. The belt looks awesome, I know it can make a awesome Christmas gift.

You say this now man, you know you gon' fall down the rabbit hole. WE ALL WILL.

I hated it at first because of how clunky it looking with a kitchen knife hanging off the side, but that all changed when I saw it an action.

I won't. I wouldn't have bought a Sengoku Driver or Lockseeds if I hadn't won that Budoh Lockseed last December.

Besides, this is looking like a "Collectable Merch activates ALL the Sounds" belt: my least favorite kind of belt. I like the collectible gimmicks to have all the fun sounds. Like Gaia Memories and Lockseeds.

I'm pretty sure I'm in for the driver. It's just a matter of when I want to buy it.

I'll do my traditional thing of "grab a single candy/gashapon toy of the collectible" but that'll be it for DX toys most likely. I said I was going to pass on the gimmick figures but the wheel swapping is making me weak.

Any word on a fun gimmick buddy line? You know, stuff like Memory Gadgets, Candroids, Foodroids and PlaMonsters?

Like with Gaim they are not continuing the trend of the buddy monsters this year :)

So how the heck do the tires work exactly? Does the figure split apart and the tire gets put between the parts?

Thats what I´m thinking. The torso comes apart and you put the tire onto a peg similiar to those on the Trideron.

The figures split apart diagonally from shoulder to waist. And the tires snap around a peg. Same principle is applied on the hubs of the wheels on the car. The tires can plug on there too.

I really hope you honk the horn to activate the finisher.

The sword looks like it might fold up and can be used in the car as its steering wheel. Almost like the mega blade from power rangers samurai.

Why do I get the feeling that parts of the car are going to become weapons or armor for Drive?

I'm not pumped about the TK line, but I'm willing to give it a chance. I'm a sucker for vehicles anyway.

The TK figure looks pretty cool, but I'm not nearly as impressed with it as I was with Arms Change. I'll try it out, but I can't see myself getting nearly as involved with this line as I did with Gaim.

Man, changing out a tire is gona have a hard time winning over transformable fruit armor! I mean, you don't get much more unique than that. Still, I like the wheel and I'm looking forward to what else he'll get. And....not gona lie: Red is my favorite color, and there aren't many Riders where red is the primary color. He's pretty slick! I'll be certain to get SOME figure of him, whether it be a Figuarts or the tire-change ones.

I don't like the tires gimmick for the toy line so far. With W and Wizard, they had a different color going for them. Drive's other forms looks the same to me in my opinion.

How do you know that? We dont even know how his other forms look like. The Tire Changing is not Form Changing its just him using a different weapon.

Considering we've seen silhouettes of these forms, this is largely an incorrect statement. They look very different. There's a Black form we know of, and a green one. As stated above the tires are weapons like Fourze Modules, not forms. Here's the forms, Black is Wild, Green is Technic:

It's pretty crazy how people are going nuts thinking that the Shift Car braces are his form changes.
