Who will end up "The Hero" in Kamen Rider Gaim?

Wouldn't Kouta automatically be the hero?

Or do you mean something else by "Hero?"

I pretty sure Kouta Kazuraba is going to end up being "The Hero" in the end. But I could be wrong, Gaim is known for surprises.

Each of the main three Riders are fighting for an overall end goal. Kouta wants to save everyone no matter what happens to him. Kaito wants to rule over everyone as all his life he feels he has been ruled over. And Micchy was willing to give up his life for Mai, however now Mai is gone, leaving Micchy with nothing left to fight for.

Knowing that Micchy's actor has his own theme song that has yet to be revealed, I'm assuming that Micchy will be the hero that ends up saving the world and setting things back to normal.

Kaito's my favorite gaim rider but kouta is the only one doing heroic stuff non selfishly

Anyways. I think it's going to be Kazuraba still, since he's the titular character after all.

No it's totally going to be Zack! (*Insert Knuckle Bias here*) I half think that Micchy has a chance of ending up being a hero in this story. I definitely feel Kouta will be though.

If Micchy becomes the hero of this show, that'd be the fucking stupidest thing I have ever seen on a Rider show.

I'd say Kota. Episode 47's summary states that Zawame is rebuilding which probably means everything is a okay now - and seems like what Kota wants to achieve.

The spy shots showed Ryugen which I assume is Micchy together with Jam (Gaku Sano's twin) and the 邪 on Jam means "evil", if Micchy is together with him it is like Redyue and Micchy all over again...

So Kota is my choice.

It'd be like if Mutsuki used Leangle King Form to battle Hajime and become the new Joker. Which is stupid.

Micchy should be the hero of his story, not Kouta's.

It wouldn't be the first time that someone else became the hero in the end because the titular character died *cough*Ryuki*cough. Though I do hope Kouta returns unlike Shinji. And even though it might be to late, I neither hope Kouta will be a second Kenzaki.

I have my thoughts, but I honestly cant decide between the three. I have NO idea who the final hero shall be, I hope it is Kouta, but as we have seen with this show- No one has a clue about how it shall turn out.

I still think it's Micchy.

Out of all the characters he has received the most characterization throughout the series. From the second-string dancer who had a crush on Mai to the weasel that started playing all sides - the Beat Riders, Yggdrasill/Takatora, and the Energy Riders - to the man who thought he had it all figured out by allying with Redue only to end up with nothing, leaving him to make his own ultimate sacrifice - his life in order to stop Kouta who he truly believed was a villain - to having nothing left to live or give his life for as Mai is gone.

Sounds like a set-up for the villain to turn hero at the end and redeem himself to Kouta and the audience once and for all.

PLUS he still has his own theme song which hasn't aired yet. You know how big music plays a role in this series (what with each actor singing their own theme songs for their characters).

To be fair, that's an incredibly common thing for Japanese shows.

Kouta is too obvious and unless he somehow makes an even bigger sacrifice than he already has, Micchy has enough time and motivation to redeem himself

Not in the bitchy whiny way but as a character arc. Starts good, Goes bad, by the end he's good again. I know other characters have done it but Aniken is the one almost anyone will think of first

Micchy should have had his theme song used already but he hasn't. Why else would they hold it till the end unless he plays an important part at the end of the series? If he was done-done as a character and simply a background character at this point, he wouldn't have a song premiering in the final 3 episodes (cuz you know 47 is just a transition ep).

Micchy might have an epic moment, in which the song will play, but I doubt he's going to be the hero. But Gaim will lose a lot of points for me if Micchy becomes the hero

I agree that is an excellent point. Micchy is one of the 3 Main characters, he is far from being done in this series.

Or, you know, Chucky.

While I agree with Kickback about Mitchy being the hero of the endgame, overall it's all the Riders' story, from Hase to Kota himself.

Hence forth I went and threw Kaito a pity vote. Sure he's an evil, selfish Overlord but who knows? He could pull another surprise out of his hat.
