66 Action Ultramen!
 

The 66 action line seems to be doing well enough to expand into other proprites! They've just announced an Ultraman wave featuring the original Ultraman, Ultraseven, Ultraman Ginga, and Ultraman King.

Now to decide whether I want the DBZ and No Piracy ones as well. This has definitely been my favourite line of 2014.

Would be cool if we could get some Sentai characters in this style.

The Ginga is more specifically his upgrade form in the current show, Ultraman Ginga Strium/Storium depending on how one chooses to romanize the name.

Honestly, they need nametags. You could show me ten different Ultramen and I'd have no idea which is which.

I kinda want the No Piracy ones. We'll see if I have room in my order later on. I think it'd be fun to have a bunch of Riders in suits.

Ultraman King doesn't typically have any problem in the mistaken identity department.

It's easy to confuse things like the original Ultraman, Jack or Zoffy, but for every case of guys that look a lot like clones, there's radically different ones like Ultraseven, Leo, or Agul.

In my defense, I'm not that well versed in Ultraman lore, so they all kinda look the same to me.

Plus it was kinda hard to tell due to the size of the portrait and the fact that it's a grey proto.:lol

If they release Tiga, Dyna, Gaia and Agul as a set all kids of the 90s in Japan will spontaneously combust out of joy I bet.

Well, my wife is not going to be happy with me, but I am totally buying these. I hope future releases include more monsters for poor Baltan to hang out with, who is really outnumbered right now.

Well, now seeing the pictures, that just confirms the fact that these are Must Buys for me. Especially at the price point! Definitely going to be grabbing all four of these guys. They will fit in nicely on my Ultra-Act / vinyl / Spark Dolls shelf.

I'm really excited for these now. At first I was just gonna pick them up because I adore the line but looking at these new pics they look fantastic. Possibly better than most of the Kamen Rider ones thanks to the lack of intricate detailing.

Did anyone else order these from Amiami and have it 100% go through? When I ordered it said it was preliminary preorder depending on stock and now I've just had a second email to say they couldn't get the stock from the usual suppliers but will keep trying.

Hope I'm not going to miss out on these guys :(
