Tokunation's Secret Santa 2014!!!
 

Ahh, the holidays are coming, the trees are being set up and... wait a second? What's up with all the pumpkins? Why is everything so orange? Are we in October!?

Yeah! Tokunation's Secret Santa returns for it's second year, and this time your gracious hosts (Winston and I) have decided to start earlier, this way more people will get the chance to save up money and join the fun.

So how is this Secret Santa gonna work? I'll let my partner in crime explain!

"Alrighty then, for those of you who don't know what this means, I'll explain. A sceret Santa is when you get a gift from somebody, who was picked raffle style. They get you something, and you do not find out who got you the gift, until the gift arrives. Simple right?

Well, that's what we're doing. This (to my knowledge) will be the first time we do this. And due to this, a few rules need to be set in place.

Everybody has a $50 spending limit. You do not have to spend all $50, but that is the max you can spend. Shipping though will not count towards your budget, as shipping prices vary site to site, state to state, etc.

Being that this is a site that is inhabited by some children, I feel as if there should be a slight bit of a censorship rule. No giving pornographic items (porn, hentai, yuri, etc). However, since some movies may feature heavy doses of sex and or violence, and not be porn, I will allow those. It sounds odd, but I figured I may as well throw this in here.

You may do international items for whoever you are given. Just keep in mind, these items will take longer to get to you, and thus whoever you received. "

To join this secret santa, send me a PM with a list of 5 item reccomendations for your Secret Santa (you won't necessarily get everything, but the list gives your Santa an idea of what to get), and your address.
As a reminder I will not participate, so the only people to see your adress will be your Secret Santa (for shipping) and me (exclusively to organize the game).

After November 27th each player will be sent the gift list. :)

The shopping portion will begin after about Thanksgiving since that's when the signing up is complete. At that point you'll be assigned who you will be buying for and from there can go about buying.

As if the fact that we already have decorations and festive sweaters coming in wasn't enough...

*sigh* FINE, sign me up. May as well make this dreadful season worthwhile for someone.

We know. We just ask that even if somebody has a wants thread that they just send us in a list of 5. Kinda sorta makes things a bit easier.

Do remember though to pick items that are $50 or less since that is the spending limit. Maybe you'll get one big item from the last, maybe you'll get a combo of some of the smaller ones. You never know!
