This gonna be a good episode.

Just in case anyone doesn't know, OT are back to subbing this instead of Aesir, and I presume Tv-N will do their usual thing of waiting for a week before releasing it :P

I cant wait for this episode. I´m just a huge sucker for Sanjos toku shows.

I want to wait for the subs, but there's a part of me that really wants to see Drive now... grr.

Probably not. it's a shame, but I always waited to watch both Sentai and rider on the same day, so it depends on how you want to watch it.

New Kamen Rider gummy commercial! I'm so happy right now. :lol

Not gonna lie, but I really liked that Rider Kick.

Man this was a really awesome episode. The Action in this show is so freakin good.

Episode was pretty good for a starting episode and the action was top notch. Hopefully it'll continue to stay strong throughout the run.

Loved the first episode :). Got a new crush on his partner >_<.

- Mitsuru Matsuoka EARNEST DRIVE has REALLY delivered on the opening theme

- Shinnosuke is my favorite slacker for this year. Of course finding out in details of how he went from elite cop to that throughout the year will be fun to watch

- I am liking the shift cars

- That rider kick is awesome

- Kamen Rider Gummy is BACK IN TOP GEAR THIS YEAR!!!(hey, that rhymed)

The action in this show is fanFUCKINGtastic I absolutely loved every bit of that fight sequence, and Surprise Drive is a Awesome theme song. :rock:

Well, it was better than I expected. I don't know if it's because of all the heavy drama Gaim had, but this feels very much like it has a Sentai tone to me, and not just because so much of it seems lifted direct from ToQger. The suit looks pretty good in motion, but I think it looks even better without the tire. Seiji Takaiwa must hate fighting with that awkward thing across his chest.

Not much character introduction that I could see, but it looks like we have quite a cast of characters. Kiriko seems to be a bit more hard boiled than our main hero. Hopefully she'll be more useful than some of her other Rider series counterparts. I'm still not exactly feeling the toy line yet, but I'll definitely be down for the SHF when it's released.

One episode in, it's really too early to pass judgement, but it's hooked me enough that I'll be back for round two.

I can never get enough juicy! I've been trying to get the snack vendor who is a vendor at some of our shows to get me Kamen Rider gummies for like 6 months now. :lol

She seemes pretty capable so far shooting those Roimudos :lol

Yeah, she's awesome. I just didn't want to come out of the gate overly gushing. :D

They did state that Kiriko will not be the damsel in distress type, which is awesome.

Yeah I´m also trying not to be too overly positive but man this episode was just pure fun :lol

That was a great start. I'm really looking forward to the year with our new Kamen Driver... errr.... Rider :D

Here's the thing, though. He's still a rider, technically. Trideron drives HIM places. He's just there for the RIDE to his destination.

Glad they're sticking to "guy gets a belt, becomes Kamen Rider" formula instead of "guy had belt and can already turn in to a Kamen Rider" because I felt that was Wizard's downfall ... they tried to tie the past in to how he became what he is instead of using the show to show us.

Not on the merch bandwagon but totally looking forward to subs. May not hold a super special place in my heart like Gaim but it's off to a great start.

And totally got the Sentai feel with it ... everything with bracers now, kind of annoys me but meh.

But all jokes aside, loved the first episode, especially his rider kick. I kinda wanna see him, Faiz and Kabuto try to use all their rider kicks against each other XD

The Kick was glorious. Yeah it was heavy on the CG side but man I love how he is bouncing around like that. And the way he is stopping with all the sparks....me gusta.

Had to watch it with the audio muted, but I liked what I saw. Out of suit fight scenes and competent females characters [so far] are always a plus in my book.

His Rider Kick is that different from past riders? I must see... But I also must resist raw.

How long does it take to sub an episode? Just curious, I'm not hoping it'll be done in the hour :)

It takes a couple days at best, probably a week since this is Over-Time.

Since when does OT need a week to sub episodes? They usually release their subs around tuesday/wednesday.
