The Morphin Brace in Go-Busters certainly seems like a Western influence.

Magiranger came out at the height of the Harry Potter phenomena but that wasn't entirely limited to the West.

The wizard robes they sometimes wear looks like they came directly from Harry Potter, actually.

denjiman , hurricanger , dekaranger , timeranger got animals [dogs, owl, hamster]

Last time I checked, there were a lot of animals in Super Sentai. That doesn't really seem like an influence thing

Robocop referances like the cyber dog named Murphy and the way DekaRobo spins his gun on his finger then holsters it in his side left.

Dude, they're talking about influences from the WEST. Samurai came from JAPAN, so your "influence" isn't valid, since everybody's talking about influences OUTSIDE of Japan

Kakuranger has a pinch of Adam West & Burt Ward Batman influence in it during some fight scenes (note the onomatopoeia effects when they fight)

This is a bit of a stretch, but I'm seeing a little bit of The Truman Show in Hikounin Sentai Akibaranger.

Magiranger is actually full of Engrish and other Western things. For example, there's that guy in the pilot who stands up and awkwardly says "bravo" to Kai in perfect English. And in that same scene, Kai lets out something of a Tarzan yell while swinging on a string of lights.
